To begin with, I appreciated Kevin taking the time to speak with me to put together a solution that best fit our needs, unlike the other movers I reached out to who just fired quotes back at me (which were in many cases wildly off target). It was also very helpful to have a location for us to ship items to for freight consolidation prior to possession of our new space, and Ralph in the warehouse seemed to keep everything organized in spite of the lack of information sometimes on what was coming and when. Their setup crew was helpful, friendly, and did a great job putting all our new furniture together which saved us a lot of time and energy. The crew for the final move was also very professional and did a great job. Can highly recommend for business or personal moving needs!

Before they finished, they asked me if there was anything else they could help with. They put some boxes onto the storage shelves for me. That was a huge favor. It'd take me a while to get those boxes put away without their help. They left no footprints, no damages. They are the best movers I've ever had. Thank you guys.

The move went well, Roy and his crew called me in the morning to let me know when they would arrive, they were quick to move everything, they took apart my bed frame and set it back up at the new place which saves so much time for me. It was a very hot summer day and luckily I had a few bottles of water to offer. My move took a bit longer than expected and I felt bad they didn't take much breaks nor did they break for lunch, and in hindsight maybe I should have ordered some food. Overall very professional and friendly. I would use Premiere again.

We purchased boxes which were delivered and then returned for a partial refund, making packing our home much easier. The moving team went above and beyond to help us move our large furniture items from one home to another. They were externally careful to keep our walls and floors covered and scuff free. They graciously provided extra time and helped us decide where heavy items looked best (piano, treadmill, bedroom furniture and cabinets), even if it meant a few changes. They hoisted a large fake tree up onto a platform above our stairs and took the worlds heaviest couch and treadmill down the smallest steepest stairs possible. All the while with an amazing attitude - polite, light hearted and kind. There were no complaints with any of our additional requests, but instead treated each task like a problem they couldn’t wait to use their creative minds to solve. They also helped us package and return any unused boxes, saving us a trip to their office. The move was completed in far less time (and much less cost) than was quoted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional movers.

They took the time to make sure everything was wrapped and safe for transport. They took the most care in making sure they didn’t leave any mark or footprint in my old home and new. I would use them again in heart beat and would also recommend them to anyone looking to move.

Price was very reasonable considering the amount of material to be moved. Once we booked our time, they gave us all the bins, bags and labels to categorize and organize our move. The team of movers (3 trucks, 6 personnel) were very friendly and provided a great experience. High recommended.
