Mr. Scott has over 20 years of experience in the ownership, acquisition, development and management of self storage, residential and industrial real estate in Canada.
Mr. Scott is the Chair of Parkit Enterprise Inc. (TSXV: PKT) and serves as Director and Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Park Lawn Corporation (TSX: PLC). Mr. Scott also serves as a Director and Treasurer of the Canadian Self Storage Association.
Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and the CPA and CA designations.

โ โ โ โ โ The web site states that they are open from 6 a.m. to 8 pm. When I called at 7:06 pm the recorded message says they are closed. Hours on the website need to be updated to reflect new hours of operation.

โ โ โ โ โ Note: Owner did reach out to rectify, I had already made other plans so I can not comment on the facility. Tried to reserve a unit 2 weeks in advance and was told that they do not reserve units and could only provide one to me if I booked it starting immediately.

โ โ โ โ โ I have a very good experience with Sentinel Storage so far , its my first rented storage unit .Laureen , the manager, is just amazing and helpful .She is very patient ,answered all my questions in details , took me twice to the unit with full explanation of what I have to do.I really recommend this storage place.

Amazing service, Shandice (pls correct me if I misspelt) from the reservations desk was friendly and helpful in signing me up for a unit over the phone. The team located at Pegasus Rd NE were also friendly and quick at assigning me a unit of my choice and setting the access codes.

โ โ โ โ โ Signed an agreement. Waited for the charge, never came. Called in and they gave it away because we didn't use it fast enough. Wasn't a payment issue, wasn't any improper usage. Offered us another unit for an extra couple hundred a month. No call about if we needed it still, no attempt to charge the card we had agreed to pay with, just stole our unit from us in order to charge us more. Not to be trusted.
UPDATE:
Went to another local company, was accommodated with a much easier process, and now pay $10/month less for a drive-up heated unit of the same dimensions than this location charges for an unconditioned drive-up space.
