Service après vente ridicule. Personnel du service d'urgence agressif et incompétent. Prix ridicule et injustifié des "entretiens annuels" de 5 minute.
Ridiculous after-sales service. Aggressive and incompetent emergency service personnel. Ridiculous and unjustified price of the 5 minute "annual interviews".

mon système écoflow ne fonctionne pas j'ai appelé 3 fois et on m'a transféré au département de service et j'ai laissé un message mais pas plus de suivi . Êtes-vous fermer pour l'hiver

Ils vous disent que le milieu filtrant doit être changer au environ de 10 ans mais ne vérifie pas si c’est vraiment nécessaire. Ils ne vous offrent pas l’option de sauver 1 ans ou 2 non 10 ans pas le choix. Ils ont même été jusqu’à me menacer au service à la clientèle de me « dénoncer » à la ville si je refusait!! Mais voyons donc!!! Ils disent à la signature que changer le milieu filtrant c’est environ entre 1200$-1600$ mais ca aussi c’est faux, c’est 2010$ pour 2 heures de travail max, pis c’est SI il n’y a pas de surprise. C’est plus de 1000$ de l’heure ca! De plus un technicien different d’une compagnie sous-contracté vient faire l’entretien chaque année. Dans mon cas ca fais 12 ans qu’on a cet ecoflo. Ca fais 12 ans que j’ai une planche de bois sur le dessus ca ils ne l’ont pas installer bien au niveau du sol et c’est dangereux de se prendre le pied dedans et de se fait la briser. Ca fait 12 ans que c’est correct avec tous les autres techniciens. Même que l’année passée le tech. Nous a demander de changer les planches car elles n’étaient plus solide et de mettre de la gravelle autour. Nous l’avons fait. Cette année, un nouveau tech. Passe mais refuse de faire l’entretient à cause qu’il ne voulait pas soulever la planche (ca pese environ 20 lbs) mais ne me signifie pas qu’il est passé. Novembre arrive (le paiement est fait depuis janvier) j’appelle la compagnie car je vais avoir de la neige bientôt et qu’ils ne sont pas venu encore. Surprise, j’apprend tout cela et qu’a partir de maintenant ils refusent de faire mon service s’il y a la planche... wow 12 ans, pis la ca marche plus. Ils ne me proposent aucune autre solution. Mise à part me dire qu’il vont venir et que si la planche est là, le service ne se fera pas même si c’est déjà payer, mais c’est pas grave ça. On a eu 4 cm de neige hier et ils ne sont toujours pas venus... Voici à quoi vous vous embarquer avec PremierTech. They even threatened me at customer service to "denounce" me to the city if I refused !! But let's see !!! November is coming (payment has been made since January) I call the company because I will have snow soon and they haven't come yet. Surprise, I learn all of this and from now on they refuse to do my serve if there is the board ... wow 12 years, and it doesn't work anymore. They do not offer me any other solution. Other than telling me that they will come and that if the board is there, the serve will not be done even if it is already paid, but that's okay. Plus d'un mois que notre champs d'épuration est bouché. Même si nous avons fait leurs entretien ( esprit tranquille 178$) de chaque année et qui ont changé notre milieu filtrant (2200$ après 10ans). C'est nous qui ont la facture (1500$ et +) dû a une mauvaise entretien du champs d'épuration. Chaque fois que nous voulons parler a un supérieur cela prend plus d'une semaine et plus SI nous ne r'appelons pas. J'entends encore l'appel de Manon. Trop tard j'ai refait le champ car l'hiver approche.
More than a month that our leaching field is blocked. Even if we did their maintenance (peace of mind $ 178) each year and which changed our filtering medium ($ 2200 after 10 years). On site techs on annual inspection indicated that we had some cracks and that Premier Tech Aqua was to have sent us a report showing where the damage was. I am now on hold - for the third time in three months - still waiting for the report. Annual servicing fees of $270 are ridiculous if Premier Tech Aqua isn't doing the work on their end as part of the deal. I would never install one of these systems again based on the customer service we have failed to receive.

The system we was brand new in 2015 by the original owner, we purchased the house in 2019. We had no idea what the system requires as far as maintenance so we got a hold of Premier tech. They charged us $270.00 for a 7-8 Min inspection (ours was 6 min) not a maintenance visit. We watched the technician on our camera and we feel that the fee is wayyy over priced for "0" work. We where told that if we did not get the regular maintenance that the warranty would be void, when we questioned them if the warranty was void as the previous owners did not get it done for 4 years the customer service rep became rude. When we finally had our inspection done it took 6 days to get a report and they still said it might be another few weeks, until we showed them the guarantee that they sent us!! We wont be getting this done again as they sent a sub contractor to do the work anyways. It shows when they send out a "Diagnostic maintenance" information package that is mostly how to pay, and how much with only 1 paragraph for what is to be actually done!! However the system works great for our area but the costs associated with lids (specific dealers), replacement parts, maintenance fees ($270.00 per year is what they recommend), Etc... has us questioning..is it worth it!? In 20 years/visits x $270.00 per visit that's $5400.00 for maintenance alone!!
