★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought mutiple cases from Nanuk of different sizes. The case is probably the best and modern design u can find as compare to pelican and other brand. Not too military but does the protrction job well enough. Do not have any issue with any of the cases untill now.

We are hard on our gear, using it in varying and harsh climates and we have not been disappointed! The power claw latch is by far the best on the market. We have used other cases, but have since switched exclusively to Nanuk, because we know we can trust them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to play with some Nanuk cases at a trade show. Instantly fell in love with the engineering of the case. I have been using Pelican cases for years and Nanuk has fixed everything wrong with Pelican cases. Better handles, better locks, better padlock holes, vastly improved handles on the rolling cases too. I ordered two of the 950 cases and they look and work great so far.

The price and the quality both are top of the line so I would recommend them to anyone looking to protect sensitive equipment or store firearms! They are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought I'd start buying ONE case for some of my lenses. That quickly escalated to almost ten cases over two years. I've put these cases through hard times in the mud, beaches, wood workshops and rain (there's always rain) to list some scenarios. I've never seen any effect on the cases and, more importantly, no harm to their contents!
I've had excellent customer service when choosing between different cases and overall support. I love the fact that you guys are from Canada! :)
I'm already choosing my next handful of cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't send my order for two weeks. And no reply to my e-mail (I sent almost 5 different e-mail).
Phone line customer service is good but problem with communicate with other department. They promised me to solve the problem and sent me e-mail the day after with totally different story with my order from phone customer service department.
And I finally got my order and the product came with damage (not from shipping company) so I sent another e-mail to them and no reply again.
Not complain about every thing about the company but there are huge broken line in some department and communication. Don't know what they gonna do with my order again. I'm just tired to deal with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently ordered a lid organizer for the Nanuk 940. Unfortunately, the one I received had a problem with the Velcro adhesive. After a quick chat with the fantastic Jean-Michel, a new one is already on the way. Both this company’s products and their customer service is outstanding. Though pricy, you get what you pay for and can trust them to resolve any issues that may pop up. If you’re In the market for a top quality hard case, I highly recommend you consider giving Nanuk your business.
