★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nick is the best home inspector I've ever used. Being a builder and contractor himself; he is able to thoroughly inspect homes and can give you an accurate idea of the cost to repair. His knowledge is unmatched and extensive in every type of home and I wouldn't ever use anyone else. I highly recommend him for all your home inspection needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nick did a home Inspection of my home last week, the home passed the inspection with flying colours but I did have a couple of issues with his work. First off he told the buyer that the upstairs hall and bathroom ceilings had been repaired probably due to w water leak and same with the kitchen ceiling. There has never been a water leak in this home. Nick also turned all of the electric thermostats up to max 30’ celsius. He did not turn the heat back to where they were, nor did he mention that they would need to be reset. We had to discover this and reset them although we were very warm in the house not knowing what he had done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nick was extremely easy to book with, as quick as a simple phone call. The walk through was fairly simple and fast as well, he does send you a detailed and easy to follow report of any work that is recommended in the emailed link to your report. There’s even photos attached to the report of your actual premises with arrows showing what he’s referencing or referring to! He’s very experienced and explains why the work needs to be done. He takes payment by card on spot as well which is convenient.

Nick was recommended to me for the inspection on the new place, and I am so happy that we went with the recommendation.
Nick is EXTREMELY thorough, testing, taking photos, documenting and explaining EVERYTHING in simple terms that I could understand. He also took the time to go through upcoming financials from the deprecation report on the new place.
He provided a full and extremely details written report the same night.
I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to get a thorough, professional and great value inspection.
