★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in the other day to have a small trailer window cut as a replacement. Even though they were incredibly busy the pro-window technician brought me into the shop and cut a new window for me in 5 minutes. I watched as he worked, very knowledgable.
They were great to deal with and extremely professional. Pricing was as to be expected. The window fit perfectly, they even gave tips on how to install it appropriately. Flush, clean, fast, efficient.
I will definitely be taking my business back to Precision Glass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was excellent! We had our fireplace glass break for the 3rd time, we had it replaced previously by a local company! We called around 7pm on Tuesday evening and our call was forwarded to Mike. He helped us to not only get better rated glass the ceramic fire glass, previously we were advised to get tempered glass! Not only did he take time out of his evening to help us he also had it cut and ready for pick up by Friday! The service was by far the best we have had in a long time! Thank you for your help! We will be telling our family and friends to use them it’s worth the drive to Toronto from the Niagara region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a shower door glass installed over 5 years ago. Settling had made the glass out of square. They came out to repair within 2 business day's and did not charge us. The issues were not their fault, yet they looked after us. Great customer service!
