I was told I would receive a free quote on a door and that someone would come in tomorrow to do the estimate. So tomorrow rolls around and no one shows up. No phone call or nothing. The next day someone randomly comes by unannounced to do this estimate. And he tries to tell me that they gotta charge me for the quote. So I complained to their customer service person and the boss called me back and told me to find someone else to do it. What a joke of a company. This guy seriously doesn’t know how to run a buisness . How can you run a buisness if you can’t handle a complaint.
