I would recommend you to any business. I love that you are Canadian owned and your Smiths products are our favorite keep up the great work! Hope to have many more years of business with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people to deal with. But was send out because of not wearing a mask. Anybody coming in was suppose to wear a mask. But none of the staff wore a mask. Strange. If you want people to wear masks wear one too.. don't feel like go there again. Sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible!!! I just can't believe they are still surviving in this industry for this long. Everything is just so slow (not accepting any kind of credit cards/master cards, still using cheque on almost all transactions. Are we still living in 2000?) and information isn't consistent between each person I talked to. ALWAYS check the expired date of your products as they are FREQUENTLY ship you expired products. Sorry but never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holiday notification system is horrendous. We keep missing order days that are bumped up a day due to poor communication. Its hard enough to run a business during covid but this is not a weather concern but a management concern that has been brought up a few times with our sales rep and has not been rectified. I am extremely close to cancelling our tobacco orders through this company and going straight to the manufacturers. RBH puts a memo directly on their order site and you have to read it before ordering anything, so why has this not been done? There is plenty of ways to address this issue and its not being addressed. 0/5 stars on holiday notifications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST WORST WORST PLACE EVER!!EVER!!Only Two boxes Unloaded taken time 6 hr 45 Minutes!! No matter Appointment time or first come , Must you have to wait at least minimum 5 to 6 hr Even you have two or three boxes. My appointment time 9 am I checked in 8.30 I left 2.30 pm , if you want to reset 8 hr come to sleep here the best place, worst place ever I visited... only the good thing Tim Horton in the lot. Turn on your mind Our E - logs are on !!!! Very bad behaviour too ???? ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a small business pratts are the worst place to buy food and they will over charge you many ways which you dont even expect. For The notice of current customers please try to cross check your invoices every time, they even make you pay 50 dollars for their delivery even if you order for 2k and when you point out that they will make stories to cover it up and never pay you back.
Please be carefull.
