★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told that UPS was not delivering packages, yet I saw multiple trucks on the road. I was also told to go to the UPS Center and it was closed. I tried calling multiple times and stressed that I required this package for this weekend and they failed to live up to their standards. I would give them a 0 star rating if I could. Thanks UPS for ruining this for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they never make an honest 1st delivery attempt, does the driver get paid extra to deliver the same package multiple times? paid the duty online to avoid any issues and as usual UPS has no record of this so i also had to call them and have them change it in their system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thieves and awful service. My packages constantly sit at their store for Atleast an additional week. The last time I used ups the driver pocketed my money and now I’m fighting with ups. Do not use them if you don’t have to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most incompetent drivers and delivery I've ever had. Said the address was incorrect when it was completely correct. Given the run around by customer service. When told the day it would be delivered it wasn't even attempted. After all this, it takes two business days to hold a package for pickup. Do yourself a favour and ship with anyone else instead.
*Update* They are still awful and liars. One of my packages was routed through them this year as well to my horror. "Package delivery was attempted". Yeah, no it wasn't. Three people in the house at the time of this supposed attempt was made with no knock, no doorbell, and no slip to prove it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give -5 for their service. The product that was shipped one month ago and delivered today. I followed up with customer service, they don't even have any proper information. Even this customer center is closed for customers. the guys in the warehouse were friendly and helped me and guided but other than that they are Unprofessional Parcel Service. The delivery driver always makes an Dishonest 1st attempt. Please update yourself to your competitors. I will not recommend anyone to UPS!!!!

I placed an order for express delivery & left instructions on my door for where to leave the package on the day of delivery; when I arrived home, my package was not there. Phoned customer support & they advised that packages would be delivered until 8:30pm. Of course, no package was delivered. However, the delivery centre claimed they attempted to deliver the package at 838pm (when I was most definitely home!). Two days later, they 'attempted' to deliver the package at &:18 pm (when I was also still, most definitely home!) with the same results. Of course, I have no UPS slip on my door showing they ever arrived.
UPS is the worst delivery service I've ever had the unpleasant experience of dealing with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How is your main depot "closed to the public until further notice" during the busiest shipping time of the year? Take the initiative and update your own hours of operation on Google. It was pretty disappointing seeing "open until 8:00PM" on your Google results, then finding the store is actually temporarily closed down. Not very impressed.
It's also not very impressive that the 702 Toronto St location isn't even listed on the UPS website.
