★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Self important clown I had to deal with at front desk, no thanks I'll go to Brandt. Gave me a half answer, then said "I'm on the phone". Literally expected me to play collection agency to get my parts after sneakily finding out whom my customer was..Lesson learned though..Don't give more information then needed. Im pretty sure the privacy laws in Canada state how a customers personal information is collected, used and disclosed..... Tell me I'm wrong?
Edit: And now they want me to reach out? They know who I am and how to contact me, if you want to rectify anything the ball in in your court. Prairie coast is definitely not my only option. K thx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team was awesome to deal with and have continued thru the years. Also just love my little 1025 and all the attachments. I'm not easy on it but regular maintenance and grease , and it has never let down or broke anything so far in 275hrs of operation.
