★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me over $500 to install 3 light fixures and a switch. I found out they were charging me by the hour as they drove to my address (which is in centre of the city). When I complained they dropped the price $100, but they acted pissed off with me. They are a big unfriendly company with large overhead who do a lot of big jobs and have high prices when it comes to residential work. After that bad experience, I've found Uncle Al's Electric and he's been extremely friendly, professional, and well priced. If you're doing residential work, I'd steer clear of Northern Electric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are amazing! I can't really speak about their business as I have not done any with them however I have had the pleasure of working with their people on a project.
Did you know electricians CAN pick up their wire strippings? I didn't, at least not until I came across these guys. They do really nice work, they are prompt, respectable and best of all had a great attitude. If I'm lucky I'll have the pleasure of working with them again. They were even kind enough to provide a Tennant improvement I was working on with a real temporary panel for power, just because they could.

I'm not from Prince George, so just picked Northern Electric from the Yellow pages because their ad said they serviced mobile homes. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this done. They went out of their way to help me get my silver label in a timely manner and the cost was less than was originally quoted. James and Greg were great!

Easy to work with, efficient in figuring out what needed to be done, professional in their approach, and they cleaned up the mess. We have no worries about the electrical work they have fixed in our home, and will always call them when we need more done. Thanks for the great service!
