★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in early winter to browse snowboards as I was upgrading for the first time in 10 years. I had a sense of what I wanted but had lots of questions about what specific features I was looking for, as well as how to shop as an experienced and larger woman snowboarder when women's boards tend to top out really small. Stephanie was super knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and equipped me with a ton of information to help me think about what I wanted. I came back several times and ultimately was helped by another staff member, Spenny, who was equally as helpful and knowledgeable. In the end I went with a Coda Rocker from Arbor Snowboards, and it has absolutely blown my mind! They managed to find me the board of my dreams and I'm super grateful! It was an awesome experience and I'd definitely trust them with a big purchase/decision again. Thanks guys!

Always great service and great products. Makes every stop back to the shop a good experience- whether we're browsing for something or in need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the great big C not struck (and the supply of bikes for purchase not dried up entirely), I would've happily forked over a whack of cash to Ruckus for a new bike last year. Kudos, congrats to the owner / manager for assembling a great team. What a great bike shop experience. These guys treat us out of towners / just passing through bunch of forestry workers like Gold. My thanks to Simon for organizing my tune up and for all the friendly advice and to Adam for his superb work on my machine (and for taking a great deal of time out of his day to help me out with my bike maintenance / upgrade details). Well done Ruckus. And thank you. I will most certainly continue to shop there (and spend) at Ruckus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were great, awesome customer service and knowledge when i went shopping for my daughters first snow board. With Christmas around the corner stock was low and couldn't find bindings to fit the board. But got the boots from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a custom boot service for my vast variety of goofy foot problems. I was going to go to some high tech fancy place in whistler, but wanted to support local and not give into the whistler hype (also too lazy to get there).
Whistler shmistler.. ruckus blew my mind!! If you want your heart to feel fuzzy and your feet to feel hugged (by your ski boots) I highly highly recommend.
They exceeded my expectations with:
1. the generic custom boot service (large variety of beautiful resort/touring boot options, custom foot beds, shell and liner heat molding, boot punching etc.) but also mainly..
2. the amazing additional shim/ankle/foam/ etc. etc. etc. features to fit the specific placements of your foot to really get the performance and comfort feel you are looking for.
go here. it’s worth it. even if you don’t need ski boots, they will say hello and make you feel special and you’ll probably end up buying socks
