★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to thank the staff at Rona for such great customer service in this heat wave. I went looking for portable air conditioner last Thursday, everyone sold out - the manager at Rona was the only one who was seemed to appreciate my concern not being able to find one, he looked to see when their shipment was coming in and offered us the option of pre-buying to secure , all other major stores here in PG just said keep checking. Rona called today to say it was here, we asked if it could be delivered , it was here within the hour. The two young men who delivered were very kind as well. Thank you to Rona/Prince George for your great service in this heat wave,
ill be going to Rona more because of this and our family is very grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in and picked up a new Traeger pellet grill, great customer service. And I love my new Traeger! Right after I seasoned it we did Buffalo chicken thighs then pulled pork the next night! Wifire is slick!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Found the sink we wanted. We were told there was stock in the warehouse and it would take 2 weeks to come in. We ordered it and waited 2 weeks. We called to see if it was in but it was not. The man on the phone said they would check to see where it was and they would call me the next day. It's now been another 2 weeks and nobody has called. It seems nobody cares there. Very poor follow up. We went elsewhere and purchased . They had it in stock!!!@
