My young puppy Bailey spent a week with Anthony for a board a train program. To say this was life changing would be an understatement. The relationship I was able to have with Bailey after her training was something I never could have imagined before. We still use the training methods provided at home. I have recommended others to Prairieburn and will continue to do so as I was blown away and beyond happy with the service and outcome.

We had two dogs that were getting along great for years but then started fighting all the time. After trying everything else, we decided to call a trainer. Our only regret is not having done so sooner! Anthony is amazing! He was flexible with being able to meet with us at our convenience, and gave us the necessary tools and tips to strengthen our relationship with our dogs and create a structured, stress-free environment in our home. The best part was that it didn't require a complete overhaul of our routine - he was able to guide us in making simple but effective changes that suited our lifestyle. We were so pleased with the session we had and love the continued support with answering our questions as we progress, as well as access to videos and training tips. Anthony also runs day adventures a few times a week so the dogs can get out and have some fun on a hike. Highly recommended if you are having any sort of issue with your dog. Thank you, Anthony!!

I have held off on this much deserved review, as I'm the type of person who watches what time can do with a product. Especially when it came to training, I was skeptical. Not because of Anthony, but because of our girl Winnie. Screaming (literally) at any dog or vehicle, lunging, choking herself out on the end of the leash, relentless pulling, seperation anxiety, following me around the house non-stop, and just all round stressed out, are the only things that Winnie knew to do with her day. It had gotten so bad that until now, I didn't realize how badly it was actually stressing me out and having an affect on my relationship with my partner. I felt like I had tried everything, every training tool, and even training classes. We booked Winnie for the extended stay and train program with ecollar training. And from day one of my initial phone call with Anthony, I felt heard and understood. Two things that don't come easy when owning a reactive dog. The amount of comments from strangers, and even being turned down by well known trainers due to her breed, I was emotionally and mentally exhausted. This is why I was nervous and skeptical. But I was wrong because Anthony DELIVERED. Winnie came home a completely different dog, still learning, but I could literally see color in her eyes for once and not just pupil. Her response to minimal cues was shocking, as I had struggled in the past with her responding to no command and not even food. We have made an EASY lifestyle change that I will be forever grateful for. Winnie is familiar with the feeling of calm and is able to engage with my direction. Anthony put a confidence in me that I didn't know was possible. I now put in my headphones, take a deep breath, and I lead the way when we go out on adventures. It takes work, but it's easy and the reward is indescribable. From the deepest and most genuine part of my heart.. Thank you Anthony & Prairieburn K9 Academy. You have changed our lives and given my dog back the life she deserves.

Best training ever for dogs! Can’t say enough about how amazing Anthony and Jasmine are! Our dogs have never been so happy. Thank you so much! They look forward to their weekly adventure days always!!

Anthony has such a special touch. The day I brought my dog kilo to him in September 2020 I was so nervous because I didn’t think anyone could help me with Kilo. He would pull me like crazy on walks, freak when seeing a cat, and cry for his way. The first day home we already got the walking down and he was no longer pulling. But what I didn’t expect was to over this past year create such a bond of trust and respect between my dog and I by working with him by applying the skills Anthony taught me in mine and kilos everyday life. We have both had some off days but we have come so far and it’s all thanks to Anthony. Also super happy for him to have Jazmyn working with him. Kilo seems super comfortable around her as well

Best thing I ever did to build a strong relationship with my Charlie. A relationship of trust, respect , love n fun. Anthony you are the best and so supportive I strongly recommend this program, you will not regret if you are willing to do the follow thru you will be amazed. One week with Anthony changed our relationship I understand Charlie better and we are now working together to build a strong connection Thank you Anthony

Use them. I can’t say this with enough conviction. This is coming from someone who tried EVERYTHING for training. Paid lots of money in pure positive, tried every tool available and different techniques. I found Anthony in the bc division, I wanted balanced training, he was the only one I could find that bad reviews of proof of success. and I looked for months. It was worth every penny. My life with my dog has changed. The continued support after training is amazing and I never thought I would see this day let alone so quickly. What they ask if you after training (the go home training) isn’t hard. It’s not going to mess up your days or routine. So if you put the work in, after they lay out the ground work and teach you, everything will change in the best way. Use them. Do it for your dog and yourself !

One year post training and I knew I'd need to leave a review for people like myself who like to see what time can do to a service provided. I would not recommend them the same as I would in those first weeks, I would actually recommend them 1000x more. Hands down, you will not regret visiting Anthony & Jaz. I have never been so amazed with a service before. The constant support and reassurance that I've had is literally like family. These people are genuine and mean the very best, along with their impeccable knowledge. If you needed a sign, this is it. TAKE THE LEAP. My once incredibly reactive, unpredictable, irratic, impulsive dog, is now so calm and loving that she impresses many without trying. We won our Winnie back after thinking we were going to lose her. We had tried trainers before her and lost countless hours researching which only made things worse. This is hands down one of the best decisions we could have ever made in our lives. Say yes to putting your dogs health first, you will be repaid in a calm and loving environment with your dog. I swear.
