I and my dog learned many things including how to be a good dog owner and my pup to have puppy manners. Her gentle ways with both owners and dogs were an amazing to watch. From beginning to end of our 12 week classes there was a great improvement for both of us!

Unfortunately my opinion of her changed when she decided to berate and publicly humiliate me on the last day of basic manners class when apparently I couldn’t do anything right. Maybe she was just having a bad day but her lack of professionalism was disgusting.

Training class size was larger than advertised (6 pups, not 4). Would not let/got upset when we took our pup out for bathroom breaks. Awful experience, 0/10. If your dog does not have perfect manners they will be ignored. This was very frustrating. For a positive trainer this was a very bad experience, we dreaded going to our classes.

So far, we've only had 2 classes (as well as 1 online Zoom class where I asked her a bunch of questions) and I am learning sooo much from her. Some things that I don't see in youtube videos or in books. Especially in how to build proper boundaries with a playpen and the difference between that and a crate. Leash tension, proper greetings, etc. Her teaching is very focused on positive reinforcement and how to help a puppy make his own choices - and it is working! The other day she gave me some advice on how to get my pup to stop jumping up in the pen and we tried it. We did it over and over like an exercise and WOW! Literally he stopped jumping in 24 hours. He even stopped jumping on people. Looking forward to the rest of the classes and more work with Lynne.
M	Marie-Eve Boucher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the basic manners class with my dog Pablo and loved it. Lynne is very passionate about dog training and you can tell her love for dogs. This was our first training class and it really helped me with things I struggled with. Even though it's a group class, she gives personal advise and helps you with your techniques. I highly recommend to take the scent class and the leash walks too.
R	Roberta Massey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lynne is amazing! We had already completed some puppy classes but were experiencing some new issues and were at a loss for what to do. Lynne reassured us that this is just typical "teenage behavior". We were starting to think something was wrong with him, or with the way we've been training him. Since her time with us, we are slowly seeing improvement, and we are trying the new ways to deal with his biting and jumping. He now knows "gentle" and will stop and sit. Short periods of time in his crate while we are home has been really good as he seems to enjoy it and calms right down. He even goes in on his own sometimes, which we didn't see before. She also provided an abundance of reading material on training that is incredibly helpful! Highly recommend Lynne for her expertise and calm manner.

She is not only very knowledgeable, she has an innate ability to very effectively identify the needs of the dogs she works with to develop strategies to guide the dog owners in techniques needed for support or correction. She has worked very effectively with my dog. I have also had the privilege of watching Lynne as she evaluates dogs to get certified as support dogs. She always ensures that the needs of each individual dog are met. It is obvious that she genuinely cares about each of the dogs she works with.
