★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Give the 5 stars first of all to Marchel. Very knowledgable and patient, she explained my new phone clearly that even I could understand. While waiting for the download and transfer of data, I observed others coming in with questions as well as interest in new products. The friendly and enthusiastic greetings made all clients comfortable immediately. All the staff were marvelous. Highly recommend all to experience the service.

We qualified for a great Black Friday deal on a new iPhone 13 Mini and also a $35.00 in store credit. Marchel couldn’t have been more helpful - and thanks Prairie Mobile Communication.

On both occasion, she has been very patient and showed her professionalism by giving me all the possible options for us and then suggesting the best one that gives us the best value for our money. She made it so easy. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation so easy. Good work Marchel. We will definitely be switching to Prarie Mobile from now on.
