"The Winter that didn't want to End” did a number on my roof. When I called PHR they were here to do my estimate almost before I hung up the phone. The written estimate came a couple of days later and included the pictures taken at the time of the inspection. Emails/concerns were addressed almost instantly. The crew arrived at the agreed upon time and worked until they could put on the waterproof coating, thankfully. When the rain stopped they came and completed the job ending with a magnetic vacuuming . Great Crew. Great Job. Thorough and complete. Thank You Philip/PHR!

They gave me a very reasonable quote and showed up on the day and time they said they would do the job. In fact, they called a head of time to let me know they were on their way. They performed a quality job and left my site spotless. I asked them to do a couple other jobs while they were here and they readily agreed and did the work. What really impressed me, was that some of the extra work couldn’t be performed because of ice. They said they would be back to complete and they did come back when it warmed up and did the work (even after I had paid the invoice). I can’t say enough about Prairie Home Roofing’s integrity, professionalism, detail to work and overall quality! I was so impressed that I recommended them to my mother and my brother in law. Prairie Home Roofing has now completed their jobs as well and they are extremely pleased!

I got a quote with various options and once I went ahead with the work, it was done in a timely fashion and the workmanship was outstanding. Jesse came to do the inspection and was very prompt in sending across the estimates with the pictures (a No-Cost/Free estimate). I was a bit concerned initially that I will get a push to file a claim against my insurance and fix all the damage before the winter season. But Jesse was quite genuine in his feedback and advised that the damage didn't require any immediate repairs. That tells me a lot about the company and they are going to be 1st choice to get the next reno work done. Thank you Jesse & team!!!

At the beginning, the communication and responsiveness was quite exceptional - the quote was detailed and they answered all the questions that we had before the work started. The crew that came in to do the work was quite good - the work took longer than we expected, but the final product looked great. When we had a heavy rainfall, we did notice a few trouble spots that were leaking quite badly. We took videos and submitted them to Prairie - the first email went unanswered, and after cc'ing the main office, I was finally told that someone would come by to have a look, but he never showed up. So, it would seem that Prairie put a lot of work into securing the contract, but it's been frustrating to deal with them to correct trouble spots. EDIT: Since the post, we've had very good communication and follow-up regarding our issues. I've updated our rating - we would happily recommend Prairie Home to our family and friends.
