They never disappoint and answer their phone 24/7. I've never not felt like my business is appreciated. There isn't anyone in the business that wouldn't agree with me on this. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a relatively new client to Powerent, but Raj and Harp have been fantastic to deal with so far. They have a great selection of high end electrical test equipment, and they provide a very simple price list that is easy to follow so I don't have to bug them for quotes all the time. When I have a request for rental equipment availability, they get back to me very quickly. They also go the extra mile - they provide tracking info for each shipment, and they stay on top of things and let us know when any shipment is delayed!
