Hung up on after trying to call and report their driver running a red light and almost causing an accident on Goulet.
The company vehicle sped up and completely ran the red light causing two cars to screech to a stop to avoid being hit. They kept driving without any regard, so I wanted to call their company to let them know what their drivers are doing.
The company hung up on me after listening for 10 seconds. Unbelievable. Complete disregard for the actions of their employees and the safety of people on the road, and to top it off completely terrible customer service.

Dave came out on short notice late last night (stormy weather, Friday night of a long weekend) to redirect wiring from the furnace to alternate side of the panel in my mom's house, so that she could have heat. Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient - trifecta!! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to address my concerns with minor damage they made while doing the work here went unanswered. I will assume they don't care and are careless in doing the job. They didn't even report the damage they made. It was minor but still it was wrong of power up. I guess they got paid already. I would never use them further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They worked through the night to get our power back up, but due to negligence, left damage by the workers in our home. When asked to address the damage, we were treated as though we were trying to scam them and we were required to do the clean up to prove the damage even after they inspected it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed wiring done for the installation of a ceiling fan. I contacted the owner, Dave McAvoy who was very responsive and came to our home to review the work to be done and provided some great suggestions and recommendations for us. The 2 guys he sent to do the work (Keith and Logan) arrived early, got all of their tools and materials organized before entering our home. They were very polite, professional and very efficient. They moved the furniture out of the way and laid out drop cloths in the work area to ensure they contained any mess from the work. They were constantly vacuuming up the dust and mess as they worked to ensure the debris was not tracked through the house which was greatly appreciated.
The entire process took less time than what they estimated and we were extremely pleased with their work. Because they were so fast and efficient, the bill was less than originally quoted which we greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend Power-up for any electrical jobs and we will definitely be calling them again for any future projects.
