★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pump installed as part of an insurance claim install seemed good but my pressure tank wasnt good so he didnt test it as soon as i got pressure to it the pipes started leaking in 2 spots (wasnt leaking before they touched it). We had them to come back to fix there work and where charged over 300$ Before he even fixed anything in fact he made it worse now it is leaking from another spot when he tried giving us a bill before anything was even repaired i asked him to leave he had a hissy fit and slammed my door on his way out.
. If you hire ss be sure to babysit them and watch everything they do and make them test it properly before they leave so you dont get hit with a 320 bill to make the problem worse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SS Plumbing was more than we could have asked for. They managed and performed the plumbing and gas work for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. Replaced some cast iron piping in the basement, repaired the roof stack, installed a water heater, and installed a ceiling fan in the bathroom. The people who performed the work were friendly, professional, on time and courteous. I would 100% recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SS Plumbing and Heating used to be good. Had one guy work on my furnace since 2007. That guy, named Phil knew what he was doing. Unfortunately Phil left and is no longer with SS. End of June 2021 until first two weeks in August 2021, they couldn't figure out why my air conditioning wasn't working. They changed and charged me for parts that were not the problem. It was all guessing. Finally spoke to a friend and he said get the furnace cleaned. So, I hired Home Depot to clean my furnace, air conditioner, and ducts. Guess what the air conditioning started working again. Something that the workers should have known. Instead charged and charged with no results. I will say they need more experienced workers, like Phil. Wish I knew where he went, I'd still use that guy.

such a clean install in the limited space of that old house. My current house they did a similarly clean and tight install. I Couldn’t be happier with their work. They even had a custom “pair of pants” plenum duct made up to get more efficient airflow from the furnace. Thanks again you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't be happier with our choice to go with SS Plumbing. We had them install a central air unit, new furnace and water tank, and the whole process was simple and stress free. When they were at the house, they used drop cloths, even though I told them they didn't have to, and they vacuumed and swept floors after packing up their drop cloths, too. :O
The installation took a day and a half, because we're in an old house with ancient equipment that had to be removed, but the whole process was a positive experience. I'd definitely go for Henry and his crew for all of our plumbing and heating needs in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! Our furnace had an issue; all other companies (contacted 4 others) couldn't come for 3 days - 14 days; S&S came just a couple hours after calling. Very friendly technician, thorough and quick. Only a $5 part plus $95 labor! Other company (Reliance?) was going to charge $119 just to come.
