Wide walking paths and great scenery and clean.
The graffiti’d tunnel has really beautiful artwork and a great entrance to the waterfront.
Playground and lots of benches.
Easy place to enjoy yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great path by the water for a walk or bike ride. Had a playground by the parking lot. The parking lot gets full fast on nice days. It is a busy place with walking, biking, people sitting by the water on the large rocks. Has a few benches along the way. The "beaches" are gravel and the water can be rough. I really like this park to walk and then let the kids play. The park also has a splash pad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always love coming to this place....it's not as crowded as other beaches. Its not the best maintained place however, partly because of the people visiting littering. But the place itself is calm and serene.
A bit more maintenance and responsible visitors keeping things clean will make this place a gem

Port Union Waterfront Park is a great place for individuals, groups and families. There are many kilometres of well-kept trails and plenty of room for social and physical distancing. If you have young children this is a safe area for them to explore without being too dangerous. As always keep an eye on the kids when you're near the water, but at the same time let them run free. You can bike, hike, walk, skateboard, scooter and pack a picnic and find a cool place to chill. This is an all-ages park with many areas where you find can privacy or spend time with a larger group. On this day, a hot warm summer day, the closer you were to the water you could experience a nice cool, constant breeze coming off the lake, and it was very refreshing. This is a park you could spend the whole day enjoying.
