★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend going to the walk in clinic itself.. if you go there it will be hours before you come out. Went in with 5 people in front of me on the list, 4 minutes after it opened and I was there almost 2 and a half hours. I didn't see it posted anywhere, but there is no physical doctor on the premises, it's all done by skype. So you have to go in, talk to the nurse (who was very nice) then wait for an available doctor to be free to skype with, which I'm guessing is why it takes so long!!!!! Would much rather have a physical doctor as well.. not sure how much you can really tell over a screen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best pharmacy that I have ever been to!! The pharmacist, Kamran was exceptionally helpful and informative on the medications I was taking. It made me feel as if he genuinely cared about me. IT WAS AMAZING!! Many other big pharmacies see us as numbers or prescriptions but Kamran saw me as a valuable patient, and he truly helped me with my medication and the questions I had. He did not get annoyed (I ASKED 10000 QUESTIONS) and if anything was happy that I was asking him these questions. He provided me with incredible customer service and I am very happy I decided to go to this pharmacy and I will definitely continue to go here. Best pharmacist in town! WOULD GIVE MORE STARS IF I COULD!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!! thank you kamran!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best service I have ever had at any pharmacy. We just moved to Port Hope. My daughter had an allergic reaction (hives) and I went to this pharmacy for kids benadryl. The pharmacist found what I needed, instructed me the proper amount to give an 8 year old, and then gave me his card and told me to call it I had any questions. This will now be the only pharmacy we take our business to. Highly recommended.

I have been so impressed by the professional and personable approach that Kamran takes with his customers. He patiently listens to my questions, and has a very kind manner.
