★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually buy butter chicken pizza from the Bradford location. Every time the quality was top notch and well worth the price. Unfortunately this time this was not the case. I had to wait extra 20 minutes for pickup for a large pizza and finally when the pizza was delivered it was neither hot or properly cooked. Toppings were not at all present it was more of a green pepper pizza rather than a butter chicken pizza and there was no cheese and the crust was not properly cooked inside. May be the franchise changed hands and the new owner needs a bit of training in making pizza. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't the biggest fan of the flavour but gave it 4 star because its a good price, not oily or salty, good tasting crust and cooked properly. Garlic bread was great, wedges were good and the normal. The garlic base needed more flavour like the actual garlic dip, which that was great. Tomato sauce could use some seasoning to it. Wings tasted ok but may need to update the oil in the fryer. Jalapeño cheddar dip has no flavour. The website wouldn't let me place an order and kept refreshing to the main page which was frustrating. Also the cake which says keep frozen was melted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever!! Don’t go here if you want your food to arrive cold and late. We told them we wanted the pizza for 8pm and ordered 4 hours in advance. Even then it was late. But not late by 10-15 minutes… but by 55 minutes. Punctuality is not a concept for them. New to town and we gave them a chance before and it didn’t work out. Pizza didn’t even get delivered. We gave them a second chance tonight and needless to say we are not impressed. Rather stick to Pizzaville or Dominos. Haven’t tried the pizza yet either because it hasn’t arrived.
Owner didn’t even have the audacity to follow up, seeing that he requested us to give them a second chance otherwise they wouldn’t have even gotten that from us.
He did however have an employee call, who did say it’s ok don’t come buy from us.. some good management there. It’s COVID and every business is hurting and you are getting rid of your local customers
If we could we would give less than 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn’t tell you if the food was any good. I just tried to order for delivery and the lady on the phone said that they could not deliver to me as I was 7.2km away and they would only deliver 5km she said. Now to be fair it was minutes before closing but she did say that it wouldn’t be a problem to order till I gave her my address which is not Bradford it’s Holland Landing but I’m closer to them then the far side of Bradford. I have never heard of a pizza business that only delivers 5km but I may be wrong.

I ordered a pizza and was delighted with the speed of delivery and the quality of service. The pizza was sizzling hot and full of flavour. Absolutely recommend it to all my family and friends.
