Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

To start off I will say the chicken sandwich and fries was good. I also had a sprite and it tasted bad. Like mold. You don’t taste it at first it comes in afterwards. Obviously these guys don’t clean there machines properly. Absolutely disgusting

Food was good 2 cars in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get the food

I ordered tender April 24 , 2022 , it was really really salty and not eatable, I called them they said we don’t see it and came from main popeyes , I never never order again, not because of salty , because the store owner doesn’t care about this issue,

Customer service was great but quality control needs a little attention. Pop was flat, which they replaced with bottled, and chicken was slightly overcooked though still tasty. Still a great meal at a reasonable price and one of my favourites. Fries here are awesome.

My family and I have visited this location for years and always loved the quality. I'm not sure what's going on there but it has been significantly on the downhill and after yesterday I will not be returning. First the lady taking my order was rude and tried rushing me, I let it go. The very friendly lady at the window was trying to talk to me about how she just started there and was getting cut eye from the manager or whoever the rude one was taking my order. She then went from wearing no gloves preparing meals to come touch the drive thru screen and went back to handle food without washing her hands. I then got my order, drove off and decided to eat a few fries in the car with my daughter. I let go of the fact that they were stale. The first fry I pull out and it had a black curly hair wrapped around it. I was absolutely disgusted, so I turned right around and went back through the drive thru. As I went back I showed them my fry with a black hair wrapped around it. (I should mention that no one in my family has black hair, i myself have red hair and my daughter has light brown shorter hair) The lady who had originally been rude to me and took my order decided to tell me that it's "hard to believe that a hair ended up in my food". Trying to insinuate that I purposely put the hair there myself. I told her it looks just like your curly black hair that isn't even properly in a hair net. She shook her head and said ok fine. I'm disgusted with the way she handled the situation when clearly she was in the wrong. Apparently customer service doesn't exist anymore. They need to get their act together!

They are advertising “new” nuggets right now. I have had nuggets dozens of times before, the new ones are smaller, with half the chicken (and more breading. They are hard, much worse than the old nuggets. Cashier suggested the dipping sauce, which they didn’t even have in stock (so why suggest it in the first place), they just put a random flavour in the bag. They also didn’t have biscuits, and just sub random items without telling the customer. Soggy fries, half cooked. Cashier was also on her phone the whole time and took over 2 minutes just to start taking my order. Not pleased at all. Also no receipt with the order.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru when we were the only ones there. The “crispy” chicken was soggy and mushy. Over the years the quality at this location has declined far below other Popeyes establishments. This is by far the worst Popeyes location in Ontario.

This location has always been great for drive thru quality. Not a single complaint, and staff have always been super.. especially if they need to make any of the food fresh and there's any bit of waiting.
