★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst food I've ever eaten ? chicken was absolutely disgusting - cold, so much batter and almost no chicken, and slimy. Fries were cold and hard. Pop had only carbonation taste no syrup. The only have decent thing was the cold apple pie. The lack of care at this location is extremely sad. Never eat here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice crunch, great variety. Seasoning doesn’t seem to penetrate the white and dark meat but could possibly but the usage of butter milk? Great food over all, friendly staff. Great value for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent $90 on a family tenders meal. Half plain, and half spicy. We got the meal with only plain flavored tenders and no dipping sauces. When I called about the order, the person on the phone wanted me to place a new order with skip and call in to tell them about the tenders and that I was missing the dip. I asked him to send the dips with turbo and he refused. He told me that I could drive across town and pick up the dips, or take a credit for 8 tenders for a future order. However, without the dip my kids wouldn’t eat the meal. So I still need to feed my kids dinner and can’t feed 4 children with two boxes of fries and onion rings. He suggested that I drive to McDonald’s or a store nearby to buy dip of some sort so we can eat the food we ordered. So I now need to order a new meal to feed my children. So I wasted $90 ordering Popeyes. ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What happened to this place ? Is it lack of training or just a bunch of employees who don't care? The original Popeyes would shake their head in shame if they saw what your trying to serve. First of all I got a 2 piece meal and the chicken was so saturated in grease it was not even edible. No butter for the biscuit which was hard as a hockey puck. The mashed potatoes were my side and the tiny 2 tablespoons they gave in the container was the only thing I ate. Very sad and what a complete waste of money. I will not support this buisness ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two spicy chicken deluxe sandwich combos, ended up paying just over $35. When I showed them the receipt asking for a refund on the entire extra chicken platter that was added the manager was immediately hostile going from “excuse me I’m talking to you” as soon as he came to the window to slamming the window in my face when I was trying to explain I only wanted two combos and not an entire extra chicken platter, to which he explained that the system prints receipts that way (not true) and it’s actually cheaper the way they did it, when I asked how much one spicy chicken combo costs he replied with $12, and did not have answer to why we were paying $35 for two. We were forced to wait in the drive thru line for 20 mins for a refund of the entire order and after that another 5-10 while he refused to give us a receipt, after giving us the receipt he told us he was done with us before slamming the door again. Management training strongly needed as well as less hostile managers who can admit to their mistakes without throwing a temper tantrum. Absolutely embarrassing behaviour by a manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely trash chicken and trash attitude from the manager. Ordered ghost pepper wings and thighs, specifically asked for it to be made fresh with a new batch even waited 10 mins and what I got was black and burnt chicken. I tried a bit of the wings which has no taste or spice to it and was a big mistake because I had a stomachache and still have it as I'm writing this. I called the store and asked for the manager and he said he was and his name is Okar, he kept talking over me with an arrogant tone and wouldn't even let me finish my sentence and demanded that I had to come back to the store on this same day so he can look at it otherwise he can't do anything because according to him, he was the one who prepared the order he said was fresh. Well he must be delusional then because I have attached photos showing how disgusting, stale, dry and hard the chicken is. I tried to ask him questions but was not successful because he continued to speak loudly and rudely over me and finally hung up on me. I ended up having to drive back wasting gas because I wasn't close to the store. So I wasted my time and money. I'm blacklisting this store. The food was never good before but I thought I would give it a chance to see if it was fresh if I asked them to make a new batch. I'm sure either the chicken was leftovers, refried over and over again or not even fresh to begin with. Stay away from this popeyes if you don't want to get sick from eating bad chicken and treated rudely from the staff. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I reported it to head office but not sure what they can do about it.
