★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is super unknowledgeable about their points card. Been in there twice now with 20,000 points (enough to get a discount on gas) but can’t use because the staff cannot clarify information on card activation. Staff was rude. And like to finish their conversations (in a different language) before turning to help the customer that’s been standing there waiting to purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately there is a bad element working there who has no idea of customer service and always has a NO for answer to everything. When the Filipino employees are there is a completely different situation since they are very polite, understanding, customer service oriented and they don't have any attitude against people. I work for Petro-Canada as well and is very sad to see our company still have some bad apples like this as part of the staff.

Best part: The windshield cleaning stations were topped up with cleaner
