★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a 12 nugget platter and asked for fries and mashed potatoes. That’s when things went colossally wrong.
Asked if it was possible to substitute a small gravy for the drink, after much confusion on their end was told “okay”. Ended up voiding my platter and making me pay separately for each item so cost me more than to just add a small gravy to my order. Fine.
Get home, no mashed potatoes and 8 nuggets.
What. The. Hell.

It's often hard to hear or understand the individuals taking the orders due to pandemic plastic shields and masking.
I recommend this place to my work colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was confused. Manager had to come up and repack order while everyone stood around. It was lunch time but not really that busy. Food was good. Ice machine was out so pop was room temperature. I'd still go back and give it another try. Staff were friendly.

This restaurant is open for walk-in orders, and the location is clean, plus the drive-thru awaits. The staff at this Barrie location are good, and they get your order right! Save yourself hassle and check the screen at the drive-thru, repeat if necessary.
I love the chicken sandwich!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try to avoid fast food in general, but this time I was really hungry heading back from work and started my shift on Uber Eats... so I pulled in and got myself a mini sandwich special with coleslaw and drink...All came to $7.75 after taxes and I'm glad to say I was full afterwards. The chicken was not the best, but value and flavor were there. Overall fast eat and good, pleasant, and quick service at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is always friendly, the restaurant is clean. The food is great! Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for your food, but hot, fresh tasty food is worth the wait. I've been to other Popeye's but this one is the best one I've been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was excellent. Took a little while to get our food but the employees updated us on how much longer it would take and were very polite! My only complaint is the size of the wings... it looks like they deep fried chicken bones and called it a day. These are the smallest, most pathetic looking wings I have ever seen. But again, some of the nicest employees I've encountered ? not their fault the company policy is to ration their supplies
