For the 4-piece meals, you can pick whatever pieces, regular or spicy. The sides are good too. I really like the onion rings and the rice with beans. A bit of disappointment that when we were home we found that the server forgot to give us the biscuits. It’s too far to go back to get them. Unhappy.

They then couldn't put the money back onto my card and refunded me cash after i told them my lunch break is over and i now had to return to work on an empty stomach.

I've had pink chicken breast, undercooked shrimp, and inevitably, some aspect of my order is messed up. A "no mayonnaise" request was interpreted as "please smear a pound of mayo at the top and bottom of each bun." Forgotten drinks, forgotten buscuits - this feels like less of a restaurant, and more of a hidden camera show to see how far they can mess up orders before someone cracks. This place is more Brutus than Popeye's.

Over 15-17 minutes to get two hot chicken sandwiches and two orders of chicken tenders. - UPDATE October 2021 I've been back several times and it's still incredibly slow service. This is not fast food by any stretch. However, there is no other better tasting chicken sandwich or chicken tenders anywhere that I know of. So if I have to wait a little longer, I will. It's just that good!!! Popeye's is the best chicken game in town. Please tell me if there is something better! Four stars instead of five for the time spent waiting.

I had to press them once I had paid and noticed on my receipt to ask how they could justify that practice. It was only after I challenged them that they said they offer a side dish instead of biscuits in situations like that. Clearly they rely on most people not saying anything and pocketing money for nothing. Nice little scam they run.

Just had my Uber Eats order dropped off: missing all the biscuits & drinks, and none of this special instructions were followed. Some people have allergies and need to be careful. Now we have a disappointed 6 year old, and missing a considerable portion of what we paid for. And the perfect topper: nobody answers the phone, and their voicemail isn’t set up. Always open to great feedback, aren’t they?
