A	Ali Sh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is heavily understaffed. Went here 11pm at night and had to wait 30min to get my 4piece order. Meanwhile there was 1 person serving the entire store. I felt bad for the guy and I blame corporate for understaffing. Either way thr chicken was horribly overcooked and made me sick inmdiately. The line up was so large people had to leave. Never in my life i have seen such a mess so late at night at a fast food joint.

Not all Popeyes are the same, I was served undercooked chicken with red blood visible at Spadina and College location, meat wasn't easily removable from the bones and had suspicious color at Sheppard and Yonge location in the food court. Chicken is fresh and properly cooked in this location. Counter person was friendly with customers and engaged in small talks. Plus, with Tuesday deal you can get a decent meal for $5.50. Overall good impression.

M	Mohammad Azimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered family meals and they said my order would be ready in 15 minutes, I sat in my car and could see other customers ordering their food through the window, after about 20 minutes I went to the shop to pick up my order, stayed 10 minutes more and they were still ignoring me and giving those who ordered their food after me from the same spot that they should have prepared my order. You might say there might not have been enough chickens for your food but this was not the case, everything was ready for packing my order. You might say those customers had ordered online or by phone, this is not true! I saw those customers from window staying in the line and ordered in the shop. Finally after 30 minutes I spoke up and their answer was none-sense, they said we were busy! Busy with what? They should have been honest and respectful to their customer. I would not go to this shop anymore. They do not deserve having this business! Look at the response I got from the owner! They use inappropriate title "sir" not "Sir" They are using foolish understanding of reviewing time to show other "Hey we are closed at the time of your review" Be mindful with these people. Place your reviews when their shop is open!!!! Otherwise they would win the game. Hey, look instead of playing with the time, change your attitude! Be respectful with customers' point of view. I looked at their answers to reviews, they are all defensive and disrespectful for low rate reviews!
m	michael b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no way this has a 4 star rating. My mobile order took longer than the people who walked in and ordered at the counter and in some cases the identical order. Very Very Very slow and somewhat disorganized. The chicken nuggets were nothing like I had in the past at other Popeyes ... way smaller and a total different texture and certainly very different flavour. It was like they chopped up a chicken piece and did a quick batter of their own making. Unrecognizable from other stores. My drink was supposed to be diet coke but tasted more like sprite or 7up. If you do the mobile order you can pickup some reduced prices but in this case it meant reduced amount as well. There were very few rings compared to an identical order I placed a few days earlier at another location. Avoid this store because of the wait time and quality variances but also because the mall parking is microscopic. It is very hard to find a spot and if you park along the walkway in front of all the shops you take a chance someone will back into your car. Not recommended.

They cook the chicken with the seafood in the same oil, and the chicken taste like fish. Disgusting!!! bought for my family for easter weekend and we are very disappointed. we will never order popeyes again! don’t eat here!
