I dont understand all the negative reviews. The food tasted good, the portions were great, and the owners were nice. I dropped a bowl of soup and they were not mad at all and were very forgiving

Extremely rude and abrupt elderly man/server who took our order. Should've listened to my inner voice and walked away.Dry, tasteless, unrecognizable meats, especially the chicken. A huge disappointment from this franchise, which we decided to support for the first time. Not what we have come to expect from Thai Express! Their other outlets have always been fresh and tasty.We ordered 3 dishes and threw them all away. Old food! Dry food! Bad customer service! A disaster and a failure imo! The bill came to $48.00, what a waste of money during these trying times, I demand a refund and await your reply! Regarding me responding to you, the owner, your link does not work. Horrible service and rude. I ordered regular size Thai soup noodle for 2years boy but portion of noodle is very small. Before it was a lot so I can’t even finish all, but this time not enough for 2years boy. The price went up but I food is small. Very disappointed! I don’t want recommend this place.

We used to get TomYum here before COVID and it was amazing...never been to Thailand but definitely tasted authentic. just got one tonight and it was no where near what we used to get, just simple soup that is filled with onion and bean sprout. They also started charging extra for veggies and ginger! it's like going to pizza pizza and they charge you extra for the dough! TomYum supposed to have ginger and lemongrass, maybe google it before selling it. I learnt to cook better TomYum from what they used to make than what they make now. Don't waste ur money here..Tim's soup is far superior than this bowl. Update; to the person who automatically repliedy review, using a default line on my review nothing changes. You are trying to show Google Map that you care?! Well I gave you enough information to fix the issue, don't have time to visit ur website and create another msg! plus ppl use Google map not ur website!

The food is good, but the service is a bit rude. They also tried to charge me extra for a takeout container, which does not happen at any other location…

Yes, I know that posting a single star to this popular franchise is brutal. Do they deserve it? No, they deserve zero stars. Thai Express, Bayview Village Mall comes by it honestly because unfortunately 3 days later and I'm still nauseous. Here's the history of that fateful lunch. I wanted a large soup with noodles and beef. There was no delay, it came quickly. They even shouted at me that it was ready. The noodles were nice but the broth was unlike any broth I've ever ordered. Still though, no major problem deserving only one star. Not anyways until I can across what was supposed to be a piece of beef. Not! This thing pretending to be beef had a hard piece of gristle attached to it that was simply alien. My soup was down about an inch at most. I carried it up to the woman who originally served me. I explained nicely and respectfully what I found in my soup. She immediately became miserable. She did not speak with me, nor did she apologize. She decided I couldn't be right so she took it to the men in the back. She returned to me at the cash and just looked at me as if I was an alien. I realized I had to do the speaking. I was prepared to give them a second chance. There was no way I would risk having their so-called meat si I asked for an Eggplant stir-fry. Obviously much cheaper than the large bowl of soup but she gave me no refund and again no refund and no attempt to explain. She presented me with a side bowl of stir-fry and kept my money! The eggplant was was sad and I was starving. It took me all of 3 minutes to eat my vegetables. My original dish returned almost intact was about $16.00 and the tiny stir-fry about $7.00. Okay, I cannot give Thai Express Bayview Village Mall ZERO stars but one thing I can do is to NEVER return.Thats my story and I'm sticking to it. Stay far away from these people. At best horrible cooks and at worst superbly miserable and rude.

This location was disorganized and messed up our order unfortunately. They replaced our pad see ew with a rice dish that was really dry, and we had to come back for our pandan iced tea. We didn’t recognize the shrimp tom yum soup bc it was very bland and only had 2 pieces of shrimp in it… overall given that they gave us the wrong items that we ordered and we had to make another trip back to pick up something they missed, we wouldn’t come back.
