But recently a week back, we purchased a house and for a housing ceremony pooja, we wanted a Jasmine flower. I had visited the store in morning and uncle promised me to get the flower by evening. I went at evening and he promised at 9PM at night and our pooja was at morning 6.30AM. Later, the person closed the store and went home. I called many times and he dint pick my call and dint even send a single msg that he couldn't get the Jasmine flower. Really felt broken. Immediately called Aishwaryam store in Etobicoke, explained our situation and we got the flower at night 10PM. The person is not at all trustworthy, dont even positively think of trusting, if you have any pooja or something.

He’s rude and I pray that the same customer service he provides goes right back to him when he’s in need. If only you can get physical through a phone. Don’t buy anything from here unless your from the same religion he wishes bad on your prayers and products;

The owner (I believe) was rude, when asked what the prices were he just hung up on me. I called him multiple times but he didn't answer the phone. Would appreciate if the customer service was a little bit better and attended calls, instead of just hanging up on customers.

ALL INDIAN POOJA ITEMS AND OTHER POOJA ITEMS AVAILABLE HERE. The owner is very helpful he takes and give u anything u want. Price are very reasonable. I'm happy I found this store finally !! I wish this owner a good luck for his store expansion. WORTH VISITING. Free car parking outside is a big good thing!

The gentleman who answers the phone don’t really understands the concept of the phone conversation. He says what he needs to say and he puts the phone down. ( once I arrived at the store I understood why he hangs up the phone, they are so busy) He doesn’t really give me a chance to explain, but if you go into the store in person he is very helpful. Once you arrive at the store it’s very hard to even enter the store. So much stuff. Very hard to find anything but they seems to know where everything is. Both men are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to all kind of difficult pooja’s. I was able to different community members shopping at this store it’s a beautiful thing. They seems to make good money at this location maybe if they take sometime to organize the store it will be easy for shoppers.
