B	Busra Turgu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got highlights from them. My hair stylist was Flora. They sent me a price list as an estimate before the appointment. After it was done, I got a bill which was really overpriced. Something called Olaplex was not mentioned to me in the email or while they were treating my hair but I have seen that they charged 50 CAD for it without my knowledge. My hair was not how I wanted it as well although I specifically described my expectations. I am definitely not happy with their service.

A recent bonus is they also sell the lash serum Eyenvy I started using last year & am happy with the results. I hope Pomp & Proper is around for a long time ❤

From the moment I sat in the chair, she focused on reviewing my inspiration photos, setting expectations for what I wanted based on my starting point, and weighing out pro's and con's. We landed on a colour strategy that was going to work for my realistic maintenance habits, texture, and existing work done to my hair. I love that she spent the time doing this because I got exactly what I wanted (actually, even better). She's a well-educated artist and she really takes the time to listen to you. I think it paid off that I came prepared with a specific vision, but I would also trust her to create an original look. I'll definitely return to Pomp & Proper and Jessy again!

She transformed my weird thick wavy hair into something I like and can maintain within hour. Also she gave me some useful hair care tips and tricks.

She gave me a gorgeous color like a picture I've show her and also a nice hair cut. She worked very effectiently and gently. I will definitely come back to Mana and recommend her to my friends. Mana you are Amazing!!
S	Sarah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Jenn for over a decade (followed her to Pomp and Proper from her previous salon). She is fabulous. The Salon is wonderful - great staff and ambience. My travel time to get there and back is twice as long as my appointment takes, but I will continue to return because Jenn and the rest of the team are so amazing!
P	Phirdhoz Qureshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I've been here before, gotten hair treatments as I am used to bleaching my hair. I went in to do my roots, a regular bleach to match the rest of my hair. The stylist FRIED my hair, its completely falling out. Ive never had any stylist ruin my hair so badly. She went to find a manager, who didn't even come and take a look when it was wet and told her to dry it first. The stylist proceeded to try and add a bunch of product before blow drying but I had her rinse it out as to not fake the appearance of healthier hair. I was given 2 olaplex products to take home because when the manager did see it, I'm guessing she understood my shock and told me they would contact me and bring me in for a hair treatment the following week to try and fix it. Fast forward almost a week and I didn't hear from them. I wasn't even going to leave this review if I had heard from them and they actually put in effort to fix this hut instead I called them myself and asked when I they were planning to fix this. I left with half cut hair as she started to cut some to hide the fallen chunks and I didn't trust her to continue. With such a high rating on Google, I expected a lot more from this salon and instead this was my experience. After this treatment to hopefully fix it, I will not be returning and I'd advise that you be careful if you plan to go there.
