β β β β β This place is a scam. They kept calling me after my covid test and demanding I pay an extra $100 to expedite the process. I was confused as the women who initially called me spoke Chinese (I think it was Mandarin) which I do not understand. She then put someone else on the phone who was demanding and rude. Don't let these people scam you! Beware!

β β β β β Don't go here for your PCR tests. The sales person continued to text us after we paid 150 Euro's for an extra $100 to expedite the process. She wanted our credit card information via text or email. Scammers.

β β β β β Worst experience ever. I have been trying to get in touch with them for days to reschedule my appointment due to cancellation of my flight. They never reply emails nor phone calls. And i went to there clinic today, tried to explain to them, they just tried to ignore me and ask me to leave. No customer service at all.
I left the clinic with no solution, they won't refund the deposit even though they didn't even care to mention that before i made the appointment. The only way is to make another appointment online which means they can just keep collecting people's deposit and not helping them reschedule, or not helping at all.

β β β β β Didnt know child at age 3 must have PCR and blood test done in order to travel abroad. Flight Ticket was on DEC.13, and have not booked any test appointments for my kid.
Contact poly_can health centre at 11am, DEC.12 Sunday.
Staffs were super nice, helpful and efficient. Got everything done at noon and received negative results at 10PM same day.
Definitely recommended.

β β β β β Loved my visit at polycan for my covid testing. Was out in less than 15 minutes. PCR was so comfortable. Also got a blood test for travel and it was painless the staff is beyond nice.

β β β β β This clinic is a joke and shouldn't be allowed to operate. The front counter staff are highly unprofessional, rude and have no understanding of patient confidentiality. When they did have a walk-in doctor, I visited twice. The receptionist and front office staff were speaking to each other (mostly in mandarin) and when they did speak English, they were discussing a patient's file while the patient was sitting in the waiting area. Nobody wants to know that someone is there for a pap test. They also didn't give me any notice when their one and only doctor left the clinic leaving me with no notice to find a different doctor/clinic. Based on other reviews here, someone needs to take a closer look into this clinic.

β β β β β Great place to get your Covid tests done. Was heading to Shanghai so I got both my PCR and blood test done at the clinic. Great staff and extremely quick even the reports were sent within 12-18 hours highly recommended. The nurse for my blood work was so since & didnβt hurt also the price for the package was so reasonable unlike some other places. Definitely go to this place if your travelling and need tests done prior.
