Tom and chad were very efficient and had an amazing attitude and we appreciate all they did. Window installation looks good and we are very happy. We will call next year for our other window to be replaced!

We felt very comfortable with them, and we are beyond pleased with our new windows. The warranty is unbeatable, and so is the quality. The triple-pane windows are easy to clean, they look great, and the glass is strong and doesn't give weird reflections when looking at them from outside (some windows from other companies look warped or oddly reflective). The price is worth it because if you ever have a problem, they will come out and take care of you, no charge. I doubt we'll have a problem though. They went above and beyond and helped us out an error that we made, at no extra charge. I would recommend polar, and we are looking forward to replacing more windows with them over the years!

We really noticed during the last heat wave how much cooler the rooms were that had the Polar windows. During the winter there were no drafts and we had to install a cold air return for the furnace because the house was so much better sealed. Thank you Jeff and Polar team!

At this point, I had realised a door replacement was going to be an investment and now is not the best time for me to be able to do that, so I mentioned to him that I might try to fix it myself instead, the agent gave me some information on the door, as well as on what products to use to fix it, where to get materials that might be hard to find. I am grateful to not have been pushed to make a big expense. I will probably have to replace another door or a window over the next five years, and I will definitely turn to Polar again.

Our salesperson explained our options. He was very knowledgeable about the product. His polite courteous nature and a good sense of humour made the decision to go with Polar an easy one. The installed product makes the house look finished and stand out. The installers were in and out, courteous and efficient. The guys cleaned up after the job, one wouldn’t know anyone was there. Except for the new windows. We had a follow up call to see how everything went and to make sure all of our needs were met. Overall our experience was excellent and we’d highly recommend Polar Windows.

All with triple pane glass. It's amazing how warm the inner frame is in -30 weather compared to aluminum frames. And the sound proofing from outside noise is fantastic. We've had the same installers, Tom and Cory for most of the windows and patio door and I think they do great work. Whenever a problem arises someone at Polar Windows is here shortly after our call. In some cases there has been lengthy wait times, but what does one expect for high quality products coming out of Winnipeg. We are having one more patio door installed this summer and we can't wait until it get's here!

Bernie showed me all the window options on display, and explained the differences while answering my questions. And was able to book the appointment with a sales agent. Sales Agent Jeffrey arrived on time, and explained the window options in relation to my home and directions. He spent time explaining the ordering, finalization of an order, and installation processes. The installation went smoothly and efficiently. Tom and Cory surprised me with how extraordinarily clean they worked. Unlike many other contractors I’ve had in my home there was next to nothing that I had to clean up after they left. The after installation service has also been unprecedented. The Polar staff says what they mean and means what they say, with follow-up that gets the job done. Don’t hesitate to place an order!

Polar hit the ball out of the park for me! The windows are mfgd in Winnipeg so there's a bit of a wait. The installation went so smoothly. When the team left you would not have known they were even here. Quality work, no hidden fees. A little more expensive but you get what you pay for. So happy with Polar Windows.
