★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sent to Vernon Battery by the manufacturer for a battery that suffered a melt down at 3 months old. Not only did they not honour any kind of a warrantee, they tried to sell me another one for $100 more than I just paid in May. Sorry but you burned the bridge you were standing on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a battery die due to alternator going bad on my vehicle, polar gave me an awesome deal on a brand new one, but my alternator killed that one too, my fault. But they still went above and beyond and fixed it for free, even going as far as to let me take a loaner battery until mines ready to get my vehicle moving. I am astonished. Any other place would have just made the profit and sell us the most expencive battery and not try to fix ours, let alone for free. Thank you guys greatly!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never had a bad experience with Polar Battery. They’ve got the best prices in town for quality batteries that, if you take care of, truly last. Once in a while you get a dud battery from the manufacturer, it happens but I’ve just brought the receipt in with the battery and the team replaces it under warranty with no hassle. In any case where the battery was no longer under warranty, Polar went above and beyond to offer the best price. Pair their pricing up with the best service in town and you’ve truly got a winning experience. Polar battery has replaced my batteries for everything including: rv, car, key fob, watch, laptop and even my tv remote batteries!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for deep cycle batteries for my trailer. Mike helped me out and convinced me too switch from two 12 volts into two rolls of 6 volts. Helped explained the difference and was very knowledgeable. Friendly staff, would highly recommend.
