Following a purchase of a gas stove, I had an after sales service which left something to be desired, after several attempts to reach you, because my installation is obviously not correct, there is a presence of condensation at the out of the chimney .... I am still waiting for a return call and this for 1 year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai envoyé une demande de renseignement via leur site et je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. Arrivé devant leur adresse, une feuille indique que compte tenu des événements, les rencontres se font sur RV…il faudrait pour cela qu’ils répondent.
I sent an inquiry through their site and never got a response. Arrived in front of their address, a sheet indicates that given the events, the meetings are done on RV… for that they would have to answer.
