Je suis entrée dans la boutique sans avoir de grandes attentes et j'ai rapidement été surprise de l'accueil, contrairement à plusieurs autres endroits où j'étais allée. J'ai reçu un service personnalisé, à la fois sympathique et professionnel. Très belle installation. Jusqu'ici je suis vraiment satisfaite et franchement, après avoir fait une dizaine de boutiques de foyer, c'est vraiment le seul endroit où je me suis sentie en confiance et manifestement, avec raison ! Une chance que je n'avais pas lu l'avis précédent, car je serais passée à côté d'un des meilleurs. Je retournerai pour les produits extérieurs dès que ce sera la saison. Un gros merci à Claude et à son équipe. Extremely happy with my experience. I entered the store without having high expectations and was quickly surprised by the welcome, unlike many other places I had been to. I received personal service, both friendly and professional. Very nice installation. So far I am really satisfied and frankly, after having done a dozen foyer boutiques, this is really the only place where I have felt confident and obviously, with good reason! Fortunately, I had not read the previous opinion, because I would have missed one of the best. I will return for outdoor products as soon as it is in season. A big thank you to Claude and his team.

Le marchand monsieur Mongeon est un homme de parole, car il a attendu un mois (vacances) en me gardant ma commande sans dépôt et fournissant des cheminées neuves au prix de cheminées usagées (manquait un morceaux). A améliorer l'organisation de travail pour éviter ou du moins faire un suivi lors de l'attente pour le jour d'installation . Installation of a beautiful antique wood stove in my garage by the Martin team (polite and cordial with customers) before the scheduled time. The merchant Mr. Mongeon is a man of his word, because he waited a month (holidays) keeping my order without deposit and providing new chimneys at the price of used chimneys (a piece was missing). To improve the organization of work to avoid or at least follow up while waiting for the day of installation.

Recommander, ensuite accueilli très professionnellement au magazin, rencontre de Claude, le propriétaire, évaluation de mes besoins et rapidement installer par deux hommes professionnels, soucieux de faire un bon travail, Merci Martin et René, mille merci, une installation bien faites, soucieux du détails et ils sont partis en laissant la maison propre. Sans oublier, respect du COVID. Claude, merci pour cette belle expérience d'achat. Vous êtes un homme bon, sympatique et bien sur très professionnelle. Un Foyer de qualité, beau et chaud. Mauvaise planification du travail et entreprise désorganisée. Les vitres installées tiennent avec du ruban adhésif depuis 2 mois. Malgré plusieurs conversations avec le propriétaire de l'entreprise, on ne vient jamais finir le travail. Beaucoup d'improvisation. Toujours pas reçu mon certificat de conformité malgré plusieurs demandes. Évitez cette entreprise, elle n'est pas à l'écoute de sa clientèle. Order in August and start of work in September. The work is still not finished in December despite 6 visits. Poor work planning and a disorganized business. The installed windows have been holding with adhesive tape for 2 months. Despite several conversations with the owner of the business, we never come to finish the job. Lots of improvisation. Still not received my certificate of conformity despite several requests. Avoid this company, it is not listening to its customers.
