Plusieurs choix à cette boutique au bois ou au gaz et nous avons eu plusieurs informations selon nos besoin avant l'achat de notre appareil.
 Very good service. The prices are affordable. The installation was professional and the guys were very nice. I recommend this shop to buy your stove or fireplace. Several choices at this wood or gas store and we had several information according to our needs before purchasing our appliance.

On me répond qu'on ne peut pas m'aider car le foyer n'a pas été acheté à cet endroit et ce malgré que cet endroit s'affiche comme dépositaire de Valcourt et que le model de mon foyer était en demo à même la succursale. Bref si vous n'achetez pas là ils se foutent de vous !! Je ne recommande aucunement. Service à la clientèle pourrit.
A room in my home needs to be changed, so I'm going to this place because it's near my home. I am told that they cannot help me because the fireplace was not purchased at this location, despite the fact that this location is listed as a Valcourt agent and that the model of my fireplace was in demo on the same site. branch. In short if you do not buy there they do not care about you !! I do not recommend it at all. Customer service is rotting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was sold a wood fireplace that his not strong enough for the size of my house. When we call them reporting the problem, we were given a "sell speech" that everything his fine. Now i am a woodland owner who have to rely on gaz to heat his house during cold days...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently contacted this company to come and check our wood stove, as when the stove gets hot the doors move to such a degree that they become impossible to close, becoming very dangerous. I was asked to send photos, and got no response. I then emailed again asking to confirm receipt of my email, but still no response. This morning, I called and was told that we had a good stove, that all that was needed was to adjust the doors, and to do it myself. When I indicated that the screws would not budge and seemed in good position, yet when hot the doors move so much that they cannot be closed, I was told that this is normal! This is dangerous advice, and I have therefore decided to post this review, and to report this business. Discussions with other professionals also indicate that this is not an appropriate response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Used these fab folks twice, once for a wood insert in the TV room with a needed chimney stack and roof reno, and second a larger propane antique unit for the full glass 4 season solarium. Very happy with both.
