Couldn’t return unopened non perishable items nothing specifying no returns on website or in store spicy tortilla chips tasted plain no flavor won’t be returning

These people are incredible. My Mom has stage 4 cancer, and has been away for 6 months in Tijuana for immunotherapy treatment. She just finished her 2 week quarantine on her birthday. She is not able to have any sugar or gluten in her diet, so I was asked to pick up a chocolate cake that was sugar free and gluten free. I was naive in thinking this was a common item I could just pick up from the grocery store. I called several places that day in a panic, as most places required 48 hours to a week notice for such a request. One of the places I called (Sweet Treats by Carly in Leduc) refered me to Poco Loco. I made this call at 11:00 am and explained my situation and my Mom's inability to have a normal cake. (My mom is a huge chocolate fan and has been deprived since her diagnoses). The owner was EXTREMELY accommodating, showed complete empathy for my mom and what she is going through, and was able to come through with this request by 3:00 that day! When I arrived at my mom's, she had been in bed unable to get out for 2 whole days. My brother and I whipped up some dinner for her which she was able to eat most of. Then, we brought the cake into her room to sing her happy birthday, and she devoured an entire piece of cake! I found out the following day, that she snuck out of her room at 3:30 in the morning for another piece!! That was the first time she left her room in 2 days!!!! In the morning, she was awake, alert, happy, and out of her room. I can't express how much I appreciate what the owners and the staff did for my mom that day. It will never be forgotten, and I highly recommend these folks to anyone with a sweet tooth unable to endulge in regular sweets. This was a chocolate zucchini cake that tasted amazing, with no guilt! If you are restricted from sugar due to health reasons, or trying to lose a few pounds, PLEASE check out this place. Support this amazing local business and spread the word!! I finally had the chance to visit this amazing store this morning. Great selection of keto products. The service was fantastic! I have allergies and needed to check about some of the baking, staff were very knowledgeable. Highly highly recommend the delicious leanbacks!

One thing you’ll notice about the owners is how passionate they are about what they do. It comes across in the quality of their products, the relationships they build with customers and vendor partners and they live the lifestyle they promote. Their products are high quality and taste amazing!!! I highly recommend them to anyone, you wont be disappointed and you won’t be wasting your money on their product line. They deliver the goods which makes living a keto lifestyle much easier!

I went into this store and purchased some items . After I left immediately came right back to return 2 items that my sister told me she already got for me. When I went back in I was told that they have a no return policy ( which isn’t displayed anywhere ) that to me is strange way to do business if you have rules that aren’t very common then please have them displayed. The reason I gave this 3 stars and not 0 is because of the employees I would have given it more just for them but I wanted to relay my concern. The employees Cheryl and Alexia went above and beyond to help me out and made sure I left happy . The owner of this place should know what valuable employees they have working for them !

Amazing Keto Foods! I picked up some of their homemade eggnog and it is so delicious! It tastes just like the real deal. This is my first Christmas on keto and it has been super challenging with all the baked goods, office treats and snacks that are constantly lying around. Now I can curb some of my cravings with PocoLoco's baking!

I got the pumpkin pie parfait and the pecan cookie sandwich. Both were delicious but the parfait was definitely the winner for me ?

Owners are amazing! Incredible high quality products and local! Can't go wrong! I highly recommend trying these products if you're into eating real food with real ingredients!
