โ โ โ โ โ I took in a Santa suit to be drycleaned. I have had it cleaned many times in previous years but since I recently moved to PoCo I used PoCo Cleaning this time. The suit appears to have been washed, not drycleaned, and the red velveteen color ran into the white fur turning it pink. The cleaners insisted I had brought it in that way even though I had pictures to prove the fur was white. Also, the fur had been smooth and fluffy and now it is matted. I believe she threw it in the wash to save costs as they send their cleaning out. It is not done at their location. Her English language is minimal and after three months of arguing, I give up. I am out $35 in drycleaning costs and $350 as the suit is ruined.

โ โ โ โ โ I live in Vancouver downtown and always drop my clothes off at this location for almost 2 years now. They removed stain that no one could remove and even color dye. I recommend this place to everyone and they will be satisfied with this places work.

โ โ โ โ โ I brought a wedding outfit in to get hemmed. The owner lost, misplaced or threw away the belt that was attached to it, making the outfit unwearable. With the wedding being the next day I have no choice but to figure out a new outfit. Safe to say I will not be going back nor would I recommend.
