โ โ โ โ โ I cannot begin to express my love for this place. No it is not cheap, but he quality presented makes it worth the price. I got an art set for my sister and she absolutely loved it. From the canvas, to the paint set, she was very impressed by everything. I also love how they have art classes and programs for kids. I think I will definitely take my nieces and nephews here for one of their monthly classes offered this year.
Love this place!

โ โ โ โ โ The middle age manager with blonde hair is totally rude and confrontational. Yesterday after her being aggressive with her voice and body movements, and lying to my face when I had just priced checked the item she processed to scan it with her device and change the price, then to only walk over to the price check. Of course the price is going to be changed cause she just changed it. She is aggressive tone in her voice and just her body language. Definitely will not be going back to my local craft store because of her!!

โ โ โ โ โ Well it's Michaels. What can I say. Stuff costs way more than you'd think it's worth. Their coupon system is a nightmare.. 40% off but only regular priced items but they run casual sales for like 5% off constantly so you have such a hard time finding anything you want to buy to get the 40% off.
If you need something from Michael's you don't have too many alternatives so yeah.
3 stars because they exist and have products that someone apparently wants. And you can drop off packages for Purolator here. Another company I don't really like but tolerate simply because sometimes I have no alternative.

โ โ โ โ โ Always have a good experience at this michaels. Check out is usually slow but that seems to be average for all michaels locations. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is usually clean and well organized. Also love that parking is never an issue here.

โ โ โ โ โ Not the biggest location, but they have most of what I'm looking for. The cashiers are always friendly. I shop both in person and have ordered online for pick up in store and have had good experiences with both.
