But today we went to pick up the dry cleaning and the price quoted by the woman for my items was not what he charged. He raised the price by 8 dollars per item. when my husband questioned him on it. he got angry gave my husband the price quoted and told us never to come back. we paid $63.00 so for 16.00 and all the years we have been going there. wow! I would not recommend this dry cleaner. Extremely rude!

One bonus for me is that the business is immaculate with newer well maintained washers & dryers. Sylvia is constantly tidying & cleaning! Although I have always had concerns re_ using Laundromat facilities, but I have no hesitation here!
E	Evie Dumont on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my mom there to wash her large blankets and things. Firstly they rushed her along. Then made her use the machines she didn't want to use. It cost her more than it should for a person who is retired. When I went, he rushed me along as well. We didn't get to use the machines we wanted either, I ended up having to use the smaller ones that he wanted me to use. It cost me more in the end as well. I didn't feel welcome one bit, and neither did my mom the first time either. Therefore, not feeling welcome leads to this weird rushing thing he does and I was not able to keep track, therefore, I accidentally left two loads. I didn't realize until a week later that many things had disappeared. I called and went back only to discover (and very nice of them to do it but..) they washed and dried and folded my already dry clothes. I didn't ask for a rewash or for that service but he wanted to charge me for full service. I got pushed out and I forgot, is that a $50 mistake? if he let me use their service the way it was intended, I wouldn't have forgotten. JUST LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE TO WASH THEIR LAUNDRY in peace. There's no need to help or show them how to do it. They already know how to use a washing machine. After that, I still payed for the full service AND he asked me to never come back. I'm so disappointed because laundromats are kinda out the door, you'd think they would try harder

We used to come here for spring cleaning because it was one of few places that could handle my blanket and plushy. Today was told that machine couldn't handle my stuff even though we drive 2 cities out of our way because we know they can. My family and I will not be coming back after today. Completely different experience than previous years. Not sure if its a new owner but wasn't the usual couple we used to deal with.

The woman at the counter watched me do my laundry abs repeated herself 4x that they closed at 5. I finally had to tell her I was not stupid and was fully aware they closed at 5 and would be out. Terrible customer service. Also, very expensive at a medium wash costing $6.00 and drying for 25mins costing $2.50.
