One of the dirtiest laundromats I've ever been to. There were food stain on all of the machines on the outside, linoleum had huge chunks missing out of it, which made me wonder if they even bother cleaning the inside of the wash machines and dryers at all. Old machines, mostly top load and really old dryers that barely work. I had to keep an appointment and even though my clothes had been in the dryer half an hour they were still pretty damp and I had to hang everything around my apartment.

Very disappointing customer service rendered. The service I paid for was clearly a rip off!! . Upon telling the owner the issue at hand she reacted negatively and didn't seem to care . Being very closely associated with people who run businesses and seeing the way they go out of the way to ensure customer satisfaction , this store does not seem to care about it. Would highly recommend to stay away if you would not like to get ripped off!

I got here a bit late (6pm) to wash clothes after work but they still let me attempt to wash & dry them. The woman working tonight was incredibly friendly and helpful. She immediately put coins into the machine for me so that I could start it right away. She even offered to stay a couple minutes late to make sure my clothes were dry (I think this was after she realized I had come here straight from work, that I had tried to get here as early as possible).... she was so nice that I’ve immediately decided that for any future washing, dry cleaning, or alteration needs I’ll be coming here. Also helps that it’s pretty cheaply priced compared to some other places I’ve been. Not many washers or dryers, but that’s because it seems more dry cleaning/alteration oriented. But they’re all a pretty decent size, so unless you’re doing a HUGE load, you should be fine.

After a nasty cold went through our household over the last couple of weeks or laundry pile had grown enormously. We were all too tired or too sick to deal with any of it, so we called and asked about a wash and fold service. My wife and daughters have sensitive skin so only certain laundry detergents are ok. We were quoted $8 per load, and thought to ourselves we could hardly run our own washer and dryer for that price let alone spend all the time folding. I dropped off a huge hockey bag and three suitcases full of clothes, sheets, blankets, and comforters just before closing on Monday. The kind girl at the desk was amazed that we had so much, but said no problem would be done the next day. We gave them a box of our own detergent and left hoping for the best. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the result! What picked up the clothes today, 22 loads worth, and they even cut is a little bit of a deal on the bill without us asking. The two gentlemen there jumped into action to help me carry all the bags to my car, and they even returned the unused detergent. Upon arriving home, we found all of our clothes perfectly washed, folded, and separated ready to be put away. All of our girls clothes were organized in the bag with pants, tops, socks, undies, everything all in neat little piles ready to be put away. Same story for our clothes, as well as the towels and linens. They even sorted the bed sheets by bed size. Truly amazing. As a business owner I always tell my own staff our customer service goal is to create raving fans. To exceed our clients expectations so much they can't stop talking about us. The Eagle Ridge Laundry staff have done exactly this. Thank you. You have most definitely earned or repeat business, and we'll be telling everyone who will listen about our amazing experience with you. If I could give you another 5 stars I gladly would. I've been coming here for a long time and they always do a great job -- and I'm pretty fussy when it comes to my clothes. Highlights include getting a bit of greasy tomato sauce out of a seersucker jacket. Rates are reasonable and I've had some minor alterations handled for free (adding suspender buttons). Everyone is also very friendly. Best of all they have very generous hours.

Got alterations done for a suit jacket. The female owner falsely led me to believe a lot more could be done on the jacket than she actually could do. The jacket is still too tight and there is not enough material to let out the seams. They misrepresented their service. They charged $47 to do something that had i known the honest result, i would have not done the tailoring. I would NOT recommend this tailoring!

2.50 a wash and 1.75 for 45 minutes of drying in machines that perform like grandma's avacado green Kenmore set. Not new, but used correctly they work great. These reviewers need to get over themselves and learn how to wash/dry clothes. The staff is nice. They leave you alone, provide change and get on with their small business day to make ends meet and keep the economy running. It's a decent place. Not fancy, just functional and inexpensive. Highly recommend for their laundromat service.

I needed to get my work coveralls cleaned last minute. I dropped them off at 11:30 am and they were ready for pickup by 5:30pm the same day. They did an excellent job at a great price!
