The soils have been good quality and not corrupted with materials I don't want, the deliveries on time and well-executed, and everyone is very friendly. Recommended.

We were very disappointed and I have tried on multiple occasions to contact them. We had used it for our garden and to top up some of our inside plants and it turned into what I could consider to be dirt concrete. This is primarily the reason I'm disappointed. The order was done on the phone after my fiancee said she wanted premium garden soil. Their argument on another complaint was that they got what they paid for. That is just poor customer service. I think that PND needs to have clear communication with their customers because when we asked for the best garden soil this is what was recommended. Had we known, had it been explained, we would not have purchased it. We went to By the Yard just down the road after and I would highly recommend them. The soil below was what we received as their premium garden soil.
L	Lisa Ishizaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 5 stars on the crew and the service at the yard. However, I am only giving 1 star based on their product. They have been working so hard during Covid times when everyone is taking on their own lawns and gardens, and they were super busy. We needed 6 yards of lawn soil (we got the first two yards from Buy the Yard but they stopped selling to the public) so we got our remaining 4 yards from PND. They recommended their garden soil for our lawn, because of the sand-compost-dirt ratio. Back story: my partner and I roto tilled our entire front lawn, sifted out the weeds from the dirt, laid down some cardboard sheets, and put the new soil on top. We used premium grass seed that we got from Tuff Turf and starter fertilizer. So disappointed in the amount of weeds that grew from PND soil. There is very minimal weeds from the first two yards we got from BTY, but the rest of the lawn is laden with weeds (some that I've never seen before in our yard or neighbourhood). We now have to go through the new lawn and hand pick out the weeds, again.

I placed an order for four yards of garden soil for the Landscaping we're doing in our backyard two weeks ago. I soon realized I needed a lot more soil so last week, on Tuesday, I ordered another four yards of garden soil which was delivered the same day.. Awesome. Upon shoveling and wheelbarrowing the new soil into the backyard to put it into our garden I started to realize it had a lot more gravel and sand in it. The first 4 yds. had no gravel or sand so what's the deal here? I then realized yesterday, as the soil got wet from the rain, that they must have given me four yards of topsoil instead of garden soil, which I had ordered! I have taken and attached photos of the new soil that was delivered and you can see it is full of gravel and sand and I threw a bit of that soil on top of the garden soil for contrast just so you can see how much different it is. This really bums me out because it's kind of messed up all my Landscaping as a result so I'm not sure if I will order from these guys again. ??
