Horrible service. We recently moved into a 4 year old home with their windows and 4 of the windows all have leaks and/or condensation between the panes. Dealing with them to fix them under warranty is such a hassle, and they take FOREVER to get back to you about anything. I've been on the phone with them several times and they've basically ignored any requests. I'd definitely recommend going with someone else if you have the option.

Bottom line: great service, especially after sale. I’ve used Plygem doors and windows exclusively. I started because I think their look and styling suits my contemporary designs, however, I’ve stayed with them because the service has been really, really good. Overall value for dollar is best in the market in my opinion.

Nightmare Company! Oh how I wish there was a -10 option. This is by far the WORST service you could EVER ever imagine We built a new home just over a year and 1/2 ago and of 50+ trades that work on your home, clearly this was the absolutely worst. We spent close to $50k for our window and door package. Wrong door sizes, missing parts, missing screens, door handles falling off, big issues with several doors/ windows is a start. They must have a revolving door of staff since we've talked to close to a dozen staff / managers/ service people that are no longer there. To sum it up: 30 plus calls chasing them to complete our contract 2 service calls fulfilled (but missing parts or didn't have the instructions to do the job) 17 months later and still in-complete. From customer to potential customer - I highly highly recommend NOT doing any business of any nature with PlyGem in Kelowna. I'd be highly surprised if they are even in business in the next 6 months. I haven't met one person yet who has even had an "OK" experience with PlyGem.

Buyer beware! They do not stand behind their products - this should be a red flag. They did not honour their warranty because they said "building shifting". Denial and failure to take responsibility is the easy way out.Their own inspector told me that he didn't know what caused the window to crack. Two additional other independent window installers came in to investigate to get an additional opinion. First said shotty installation (Ply Gem did the installation). The second said absolutely no building shift. No other evidence in the house, but also, the frame has "built-in give" to account for shifting. Go somewhere else.

Customer service was brutal. I ordered my window package in the first week of November 2017 with a promised delivery date of mid December 2017. Finally in late February 2018 (after turning up the heat) I was told that all my windows were finally ready. They demanded full and final payment before delivery which I had no problem doing, since they assured me repeatedly that ALL my windows were ready. I dropped off a bank draft and a few hours later they showed up with about half of my order. It took until mid-March when the balance of my windows were finally on site. The windows are actually quite decent, but being lied to repeatedly gets old very fast. And the "demanding full payment" for half the order when they were two months late, was inexcusable. No financial restitution or apology was ever offered for delaying my project for several months. I also contacted them about other products that I was interested in for the project and was never contacted back.

After paying deposits receiving delivery dates PlyGem never met delivery dates. As a matter of fact they pushed my delivery date by 30 days. Further to this they damaged a nailer strip on a large patio door on delivery by placing it upside down outside of my home on large rocks damaging the nailing strip. Now no windows or doors AND NO SERVICE. NEVEDR AGIAN.

It would be nice if you actually service your products once installed and defective! We have been waiting for 4 months now for your service and you don’t even bother with customers that just bought your products! We have been calling numerous times and all I hear β€œwe are very busy but will call you shortly with a service date!” And of course no phone call This is a new home and almost all Windows and Doors have defects. You guys are a joke! Do Not Recommend them at all!!!

It's a shame I can't do a review with 0 stars. I was delivered a damaged door and the process to arrange for the replacement slab has been a drawn out nightmare that I can't seem to escape. I have literally left voicemails, begging someone to return my call so I can arrange for a delivery and move on with my life. The amount of unreturned voicemails and emails would be in the dozens. My experience with this company has been awful. Communication with myself, and seemingly internally as well, has been almost non-existent. This company is disjointed, confused, and unresponsive. My involvement with Plygem has literally been the worst customer service experience of my life. Anyone seeing this review and considering this company, run. Run as fast and as far as possible.
