Garnet offered to come and have a look at our home to assess the best heat source for us. This was after requesting help from a Heating contractor. Heating contractor recommended Ductless split system which would not have heated our house as we wanted. Garnet did a heat loss assessment for us and advised a boiler / Radiator system for us. We compared his quote and products to others and asked professionals about the recommendation. All said this would be a good system. His price was very competitive. The system he recommended was excellent quality. We installed the tubing and rads ourselves in the locations Garnet suggested and had a professional install the boiler system. It lit up and ran perfectly on initial startup. We lit it up on February 1st. We absolutely love it. The look and the feel could not have been any better. I would recommend Garnet at Plumbpro to anyone and be very confident that he would provide same level of service to anyone. Thanks Garnet and the team at Plumbpros.

a	alastair brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 4 shut off valves on Friday afternoon, realized they wouldn't work for what I needed them for and wanted to return as I had no use for them. I called the following Monday morning to enquire about returning the product and was told no returns accepted. I was even willing to pay a restocking fee. I can understand if a long period of time went by, but this was 2 days. Unacceptable. Return policy was not verbally communicated at time of purchase, nothing was mentioned. While , it is noted on the reciept the customer should be warned prior to purchase.

I told them I would be there at lunchtime to pick it up and some other items to buy as well. Walking in and asking for it and that I had a reserved item, I was told they just sold it to a Regular. Such poor service. Reserved means reserved. I won't be shopping there ever again. She smiled as she told me as well. So frustrating and a waste of my time!

The service was great, the price was very competitive, and I found everything I needed in one place. Let's call a spade a spade...my experience was better than going to canadian tire, home depot, and home hardware. Those 3 places combined didn't have most items I was looking for. The gentleman at the counter was very professional and patient as I went through my list of items as there were many. Thank you PlumbPro...I'm definitely coming back!
