Ils ont arriver deux plombier un opérateur de pelle excavatrice tout les trois ont été très professionnels très poli avec explications clair ..ils ont faites un excellent travail et tres contentieux et une propreté impeccable. . ils sont a recommandé bravo a toute l'équipe.... I give 5 stars. I made a request for important asser work for a pump returns puissard has the storm sewer. They get two plumbers operator shovel excavator all three were very professional highly polished with clear explanations ..they were doing a great job and very contentious and immaculate. . they are recommended congratulations to the whole team ....

L'un des deux plombiers a touché l'électricité pour l'installation de notre chauffe-eau et a fait sauter l'électricité. Un gros "spark" s'est produit. Il s'en ai lavé les mains en sortant toutes les raisons de son incompétence. Il a quitté en laissant une petite famille et une femme enceinte SANS eau chaude dans la maison. La situation était pire à son départ qu'à son arrivée.Un électricien est venu corriger son erreur à nos frais ce matin au lendemain et à dit douter des compétences de ce plombier. Lors de sa présence désagréable dans notre maison il ne faisait que sacrer pour chaque détail qui lui convenait pas. C'était très inconfortable, si vous n'aimez pas votre métier vous pouvez toujours changer monsieur ! Nous ne recommandons aucunement cette compagnie étant donné le manque de professionnalisme de ce plombier. Really unpleasant experience when a team was present on Friday December 17th. One of the two plumbers touched the electricity for the installation of our water heater and blew up the electricity. A big "spark" has occurred. He washed his hands of it, bringing out all the reasons for his incompetence. He left leaving a small family and a pregnant woman WITHOUT hot water in the house. The situation was worse when he left than when he arrived, an electrician came to correct his mistake at our expense this morning the next day and said he doubted the plumber's skills. During his unpleasant presence in our house, he did nothing but swear for every detail that did not suit him. It was very uncomfortable, if you don't like your job you can always change sir! We do not recommend this company in any way given the lack of professionalism of this plumber.

You will not have that problem with the Desmarais team, starting with their very pleasant receptionist Karine, to one of their very experienced plumber Richard, and let's not forget the owner , Marc, and the rest of his experienced team. Not only is this team experienced but they are honest professional polite and they do the best work to accommodate their customer . I recently had some work done and this team managed it all for me , From the excavation to the replacement of the piping and then putting it all back together again . I am so happy and so relieved that I had this team on my side and that they helped me finally resolve my issues and I would highly highly highly recommend them for anything you need done at your home. Once again , THANK YOU so much to all of you and congratulations on a very good job! Well done ?

They showed up the same day and within 30 min were able to clear the line out. Excellent service and workmanship. Very polite unlike some other plumbing services I've tried and the work was done in a timely manner. Couldnt ask for more. The bill was a fair price also.
