Ils mon dit que je devais changer la cartouche mais qu'ils ne l'avaient pas en stock et que juste la nettoyer ferais l'affaire. Ils mon quand même chargé plus que 200$ et le lendemain je n'avais pas encore deau chaude. Je l'ai ai rappeler et ils ont jamais voulu revenir. Belle gang de chien sales j'ai dû repayer quelqu'un d'autre. Prenez m'a parole et allez ailleurs svp!!!! Je ne suis pas la seule mécontente, c'est à vos risques et périls Real CROSSERS !! Je ne blâme cependant pas le plombier, celui-ci était un remplaçant. En plus, l'administration ne l'a pas averti qu'il devait brancher un lave-vaiselle en plus de l'évier. Résultat : le plombier n'avait pas les outils pour percer l'armoire pour faire passer les tuyaux. La seule raison pourquoi je donne deux étoiles au lieu d'une seule est que le travail est bien effectué. Encore une fois, je ne blâme pas le plombier, mais la piètre administration. À éviter si vous le pouvez, ou demander une soumission confirmé et signé avant d'entreprendre les travaux. $ 461.63 to connect a sink. Mais pourquoi nous charger du temps double quand normalement le premier aurait dû faire la job le jour ? Pourquoi évoquer le fait que ce premier plombier aurait dû aller chercher du matériel quand vraiment rien de spécial n’a été posé ? Ajouter à ça le délais entre les deux visites et des locataires sans eau... Bref, un plombier compétent sur deux et une entreprise dure en affaires. Je donne 3 étoiles, mais ça mériterait peut-être 2.5. The second plumber sent worked well and resolved an unclear problem. J'ai dû les payer à temps et demi en supplémentaire pour avoir un visite chez mes locataires. Le plombier ne m'a pas téléphoné comme convenu lors de sa présence sur les lieux. Il n'a rien fait sinon de constater que beaucoup d'eau était répandue sur le sol de la salle de bain et qu'une fissure dans la céramique pouvait expliquer la présence d'un écoulement d'eau à l'étage du dessous. Il n'a pas vérifié l'évier de la cuisine qui était l'origine de la fuite d'eau. J'ai déboursé 350 $ pour son conseil de réparer la fissure . IL N'A PAS FAIT SON TRAVAIL. J'en ai fait état et on s'est excusé en encaissant l'argent. Une compagnie responsable aurait réparé sa faute sans me demander d'argent en plus mais on a tenté de se justifier en disant que j'avais supposé que la fuite venait du bain ce que les locataires m'avaient rapporté. Je maintiens qu'un plombier professionnel aurait jeté un coup d'oeil à l'évier de la cuisine et constaté que la fuite était très visible et facile à constater. Ne faites pas confiance à cette compagnie. En ce qui me concerne ils sont barrés.
