Nadia was unwilling to allow a personal tour of her place of business prior to paying for any services. Unacceptable. I do not recommend any services or treatment. Reply to owner (January 14/2020): It's unacceptable to refuse business; I asked to come see your place of business before sending you an e-transfer of money. You said NO AND stated you did not want my business. I think that is a pretty simple and acceptable request coming from someone who does not know you. People don't just send over $200 of their hard earned money to someone they don't know. It was your decision to refuse my business because you didn't want me to see you place of business prior to sending money and booking appointments. Again, very disappointing and unacceptable to run a business that way. That's number one when it comes to customer service. You don't refuse business.
