★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An employee Janicar at terminal 3 domestic lounge has worst customer service skills. I asked about Praying area to her and she replied rudely that I could say my prayer anywhere since they dont have separate room for it. She could have been polite. The lady even dont know how to smile with the customers. People would never pay money to receive such worst customer service. Will never go back there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great VIPoo lounge. Enjoyed the selection of Lavazza coffee. Dirty washrooms, staff didn't care to answer questions. Omelette it's made of plastic, not for human consumption, beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small lounge with limited items on their menu. There's a buffet area where you serve yourself. Very average breakfast food and not many seats. People who work here are very friendly. Breakfast is served from 05:30 am to 11:00 am with lunch and dinner from 11:00am to 8:30pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly, plenty of space. Lots of seating in this lounge in terminal 3 domestic by gate c32. They have hot food, snacks and a full bar to help you kill time while waiting for flight. Saw that showers were also available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly and helpful, so that’s one star! The lounge is outdated, food choices and portions are small and limited. No premium beer or wines. Needs modernization standards compared to Europe. Bathrooms showing wear and tear. Not maintained. The only good thing really, is the free drinks! Oh, the nachos and salsa are really good too✅

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was able to come to the lounge despite departing internationally. The lounge was pretty busy, perhaps due to the thanksgiving weekend. Food and drink were good. I especially liked the meatball spaghetti. Reservation is definitely required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a comfortable lounge with a decent amount of food and drinks. The alcohol had a priced menu, but I don't know if Business class passengers had to pay since I was saving space for later onboard. There is sufficient space for dining as well as lounging. There are washrooms and showers onsite, but the showers were closed due to the pandemic at this time.
